24 Years Software Development Experience
Eric is originally from Wilmington, DE. Eric began his career as an
IBM mainframe programmer in 1974 with a small consulting company in Washington, DC.
After eight years of employment with several companies, he incorporated as
Eric E. Raines Associates in Delaware and negotiated the company's first
contract with AT&T in 1982.
In 1984, he incorporated Business Management Systems (BMS)
and "rolled" EER Associates into BMS in 1987. BMS has contracted with IBM, Con Edison of NY, AT&T,
Salomon Brothers, American Express, Allied Signal to mention a few. Eric has traveled worldwide
on several of these contracts including Wellington, New Zealand.
BMS moved its corporate headquarters from Wilmington to Incline Village, NV
in 1990. Since 1990, BMS has built a local Lake Tahoe clientele comprised of
many prominent businesses and professionals.
