As far as many South Dakotan Republicans are concerned, President Obama should be impeached.

The state GOP passed a resolution over the weekend saying Mr. Obama “violated his oath of office in numerous ways” and pressing for his impeachment, Mediaite reported.

The resolution, which passed with a 191-176 vote, was sponsored by one GOP member who said he had a “thick book on impeachable offenses of the president,” the news blog reported. One detailed offense: Mr. Obama’s continued insistence that under Obamacare, Americans could keep the health care plans they wanted, despite growing proof to the contrary. Another cited offense: The exchange of five Taliban inmates at Guantanamo Bay for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, Mediaite reported.

The federal government’s UNRECOVERABLE DEBT is the resultant cost of the destruction of liberty, of the massive increase in size of government from the explicit definition in the CONSTITUTION which clearly sets limits on federal obligations and duties relinquished to the federal government by the States.

The feds don't need ten unionized bureaucrats (who pay dues to the union under threat of termination) to do the work of three. NONE of these departments and agencies --- Agriculture, Commerce, Education, Energy, Health & Human Services, Housing & Urban Development, Interior, Labor, Social Security, Transportation, Army Corps of Engineers, Export-Import Bank, Small Business Administration, U.S. Postal Service --- are explicitly defined in the CONSTITUTION !! To save the United States from financial failure, the federal government must be DOWNSIZED !!!

Woody Wilson's, wealth-jealous, progressive policies including without limitation, the fraudulently ratified (don't believe, check it yourself) 16th Amendment (income tax), the Federal Reserve (money out-of-thin-air), the Depression, FDR's massive government coup d'etat, the World Wars, and subsequent 'world policeman policy' caused much of the loss of freedom. BUT in World War II the entire world aligned with the United States to fight Nazi Germany and Japan. In World War III, the entire world will align against the United States if this malignant government is not curtailed.

Liberty and Freedom may be restored if the feds repeal and rescind much of the US Code and regulations that the legislature and executive have PILED on top of the CONSTITUTION to massively expand the federal government and destroy our LIBERTY in the process — all with hardly a whimper from a deceived citizenry! The States gave the feds their government in 1787 and the ONLY departments in the federal government should be: Defense, State, Treasury, and Justice. It seems possible that the anarchy of the non-centralized Articles of Confederation era before the Constitution when people cared for themselves was much more free. The Constitution established a 'weak' central government for the purpose of pooling resources to militarily defend the country.

WE the PEOPLE must realize and understand that the foundation of liberty is NATURAL RIGHTS and the CONSTITUTION is designed to prevent government from taking our LIBERTY. WE the PEOPLE must begin supporting only electable persons who believe and support LIBERTY --- our natural freedom, not the unfree political, persuasive, war-mongering, mind control rhetoric pompously spouted by the two primary parties. The CONSTITUTION does NOT provide LIBERTY, it impedes government attempts to take our LIBERTY!]

The FairTax is a consumption tax unilaterally applied to all Americans at the same rate. For businesses, payroll taxes would no longer exist. Our exports would include a heavy tax for overseas buyers purchasing our products, while our imports would be cheaper for us to purchase. I'm not sure how this would affect GDP, as more information is necessary.

According to the FairTax website, "Under the FairTax, every person living in the United States pays a sales tax on purchases of new goods and services, excluding necessities due to the prebate." The prebate gives every legal resident household an "advance refund" at the beginning of each month so that purchases made up to the poverty level are tax-free.

So a family of four making something like $50,000/year should not have to pay taxes, thus preventing an unfair burden on low-income families. Since the FairTax eliminates both federal and payroll taxes, you get to keep your gross pay amount of each paycheck earned.
