President Trump and the Republican Party by miserably FAILING over the last two years to fulfill their promises such as REPEALING OBAMACARE and BUILDING
a WALL on the southern border to prevent ILLEGAL ALIENS/CRIMINALS/TERRORISTS from violating U.S. sovereignty will sacrifice their future power and majority.
While McCain and Flake are the two Republican Senators who have scuttled the Socialist Obamacare repeal and the WALL respectively, these two obstinate,
unpleasant, mean-spirited Senators should have been "managed" by the Republican party by skillfully persuading them to vote for the aforementioned failures.
Despite the favorable taxation/regulatory economic environment created by President Trump and Republicans in CONgress during the past two years (it was a
disaster before), it is obvious to most Americans except the Democrats (Socialists) and myopic people who disregard facts that the 2500+ miles of southern border
must be secured with a wall. Republicans with majorities in both houses had two years to get funding for a WALL! For at least a century, Democrats (Socialists) have
imported uneducated, unskilled, inept people
from Europe and other countries to take advantage of their ignorance and get them to vote for Democrats (Socialists) in elections. The Socialists want a fresh,
uninterrupted stream of impoverished people from south of the border to become Socialists (most already are) and vote Democrat in future elections.
Most countries throughout the world have Socialist governments that enrich their leaders and give subsistence crumbs to citizens. This is really what the Democrats
want instead of providing opportunities for citizens to create their own successful life in a booming economy. China, for example, only boomed because the U.S.
didn't stand up and prevent China's corporate espionage and demands of financial control over our companies doing business in China. In the USA and anywhere
else, no one will strive to build their own successful life if government gives them a subsistence life without a demand to improve by working.
The WALL costs an estimated, one-time $25 billion with annual expeditures less than $100 million for maintenance.
ILLEGALS cost $135 billion per year or more countrywide every year. The WALL would be paid for in 2 1/2 months, an obvious winning proposition. These fools have
squandered and lost any mandate from WE the PEOPLE that they ever had. Of course, their only concern is to get reelected so they can do whatever they want
while in office, the people be damned!
Just study the past four administrations. No politician who gets elected and stays in office for at least two terms comes out of government poor. These guys
STEAL from the Treasury! They LIE constantly. Anybody who expects politicians to follow-thru on promises is a naive idiot!

Two weeks later on Wednesday, 1/2/2019, after focusing on the causes of failure, I must retract my rash prediction because I cannot envisage an American
voter public that would vote against President Trump or the Republican Senate in 2020 because of the actions of two rogue Senators who thankfully will not be
missed in the Senate circa 2019-2024. With a Socialist House of "misrepresentatives", Wall funding might be more difficult than ever.
NOTE: The claim that Democrats are
Socialists and Communists is based on what they say and do even though they call themselves Democrats. In general, the goal of Socialism is government control of the economy, the means of production, citizens, and
imported intellectual slaves (quid pro quo for entry). The tyranny of Socialism has been achieved in the USA with heavy taxation and crippling regulations enforced with guns. Instead of
enabling people to advance up the economic ladder by providing opportunity, i.e., companies can hire, train and enhance skills, the Socialist provides government dependence
in the form of Welfare payments and Food Stamps. Socialists inculcate the 'benefits' of their authoritarian society into the naive and easily influenced brains of children in public schools
instead of teaching self-reliance, individuality, and how Capitalism has produced more wealthy and wealthy persons in the history of the world. The reality of life is that people are not
equal and equality cannot be forced into little soldiers of socialism.

The southern hemisphere comprises countries with Socialist governments and Fascist dictators who steal from earners and distribute to the poor, weak people who most
likely will never be anything but poor and weak. The people in these countries view the U.S. and its citizens as targets ripe for fleecing and stealing. Some travel here to
find a better life. Some travel here to rob, pillage, maim, and murder. Some U.S. citizens seek drugs to enhance their self-image. Mexican drug cartels are only happy to
provide the substances that make Americans feel better—temporarily. Illegal Aliens are smuggled across the southern border daily. Many of these criminals come
across to do harm. The thinking might generally be:
When we cross the border to America there is nothing to worry about because their systems don't
work, many Border Patrol officers look the other way, and Americans are very generous people who will give us anything we need. We don't need to learn English and
assimilate into an American way of life, we can live in our own neighborhoods where other illegals speak our language. We can pillage the wealth of America by burglarizing
homes and busineses, by selling illegal and/or prescription drugs, by murdering and stealing the property of the citizens we kill. Our gang members will make money
selling drugs and burglarizing businesses and private homes.
American cities, run by elected Democrats with their shills and employees, offer 'sanctuary' from federal capture and Driver Licenses which will serve as Voter IDs in
elections. This help from Democrats is just an implicit bribe to get their illegal, non-citizen votes in future elections, thereby enabling corrupt Democrats to be elected. If one
compares Democrat actions (not their words) with the defintion of Socialism or Communism, one will discover that there is no difference. Democrats want to provide
free education, a "living wage", free healthcare, low-cost housing, free food with food stamps, etc. This attitude contributes to the loss of
individuality and personal responsibility, the idea that government owes people a free ride. Illegals from south of the border have experienced this idea and way of life since
all of their countries of origin have socialist dictatorships where the oligarchs live well at the expense of the poor. America has transformed itself from a country that
respects those who help themselves by creating their own wealth with skills from education to a country that redistrbutes wealth from those who have earned
wealth—notwithstanding, the Clintons—to those incapable of skillfully earning their own wealth. Such a country is ideal for illegals. See

These entities provide sanctuary as a way of blocking immigration reform, a way of blocking the deportation of illegal aliens who have violated U.S. immigration laws. The
U.S. is either a "nation of laws" or a nation of scofflaws—a nation of people who don't care about law and order and their future. ILLEGAL is ILLEGAL!
Currently, there is no wall blocking aliens from crossing the southern border, and 12.5 million illegal aliens have crossed the border. These people should be
deported while an impregnable wall is built. For too long the feds and border states have allowed people from the southern hemishpere—refugees, violent and
non-violent criminals, and terrorists—to disrespect the USA by violating laws with impunity. Some illegals work and send money to relatives who live in their
home country. Some are just vagrants who lie, cheat, steal, assault, and kill citizens.
After the wall is built and all illegals are deported, only educated immigrants who speak English and have the skills to work with a resumé of previous experience will potentially gain
admittance to the USA to become a naturalized citizen. This policy is in force throughout the world. The USA will no longer be the world's charity accepting 'your tired and poor'. 'Tired and poor'
mostly absorb the resources provided by those working thereby draining the wealth of America.

Why did the federal government that so infamously protected itself in Court (2015, Obama) when Arizona wanted to protect its border stop Arizona's actions? Why afterwards have the feds permited the

Asked during a joint White House press conference with Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg if he would sign a deal that didn�t include the wall, Trump responded, �No, no.�

that the people in the room � both Democrat and Republican �I really believe they�re going to come up with a solution to the DACA problems.�

House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul, R-Texas, proposed legislation Wednesday to allow illegal immigrants brought
to the country as minors receive protection from deportation to get a three-year renewal; to provide $30 billion for construction of the wall, adding 5,000 Border Patrol agents, and
another 5,000 Customs and Border Protection officers; defund sanctuary cities; and require employers to use E-Verify to ensure the legal status of workers. Co-authors of the legislation
are Reps. Ra�l Labrador, R-Idaho, and Martha McSally, R-Ariz.

When meeting with members of Congress Tuesday, the bipartisan group decided to address four issues: DACA, border security, chain migration, and the visa lottery system.
During the meeting, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., asked the president about doing a �clean� DACA bill and saving the other issues for a second phase of a �comprehensive immigration
reform.�
Trump, at first, seemed to be warm to the idea.
�We�re going to do DACA, and then we can start immediately on the phase two, which would be comprehensive,� Trump said in response to Feinstein. �I think a lot of people would like
to see that. But we need to do DACA first.�
After that, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., jumped into explain the need for border security.
Trump later said during the meeting: �To me, a �clean� bill is a bill of DACA. We take care of them, and we also take care of security, and the Democrats want border security, too. �
Then we go to comprehensive later on.�
DACA stemmed from President Barack Obama�s 2012 executive action that shielded an estimated 800,000 illegal immigrants from deportation brought to the country as minors.
Comprehensive immigration reform has in past proposals included providing legal status to the more than 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States.
Last fall, the Justice Department announced it was reversing DACA, under threat of a lawsuit from 10 state attorneys general, giving Congress a deadline of March for legislating a
replacement. However, on the same day as the bipartisan meeting, a federal judge in California ordered the Trump administration to maintain the program. The Justice Department
announced it would appeal the ruling.
Trump also took questions about the possible interview with special counsel Robert Mueller, named to investigate possible collusion between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia.
�There is collusion, but it is really with the Democrats and the Russians far more than it is with the Republicans and Russians,� Trump said.
Many legal experts said they believe Mueller if focused less on Russia and more on building an obstruction of justice case against Trump or associates.
�When they have no collusion, and nobody�s found any collusion, at any level, it seems unlikely that you�d even have an interview,� Trump said.

Joseph Story (1779�1845) was born during the American Revolution, and came of age in the early years of the new United States of America. He was a scholar of the U.S. Constitution, and, eventually helped found the Harvard Law School.
In 1811, Story was appointed to the Supreme Court by President James Madison — who knew a few things about the U.S. Constitution, in that he helped write it. Story was a contemporary of another famous member of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Marshall (1755�1835).

[Editor's Note: a Constitutional Convention is required to reverse the damage to freedom and liberty since 1900. This Article V was ratified by the participants at America's founding Constitutional Convention as an alternate path for repairing damage to freedom and liberty, a path for the People to restore damage caused by our failed representatives in the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of a government designed to represent the wishes of We the People.
The States must "demand" a Convention and explicitly specify an agenda of:
laws to be repealed or modified,
Amendments to existing constitutional clauses that define the co-equal branches to further specify and define, and
new Amendments or statutes to be eventually ratified by States.
These Amendments should further specify and clarify the powers of the Legislature and Executive Branches. A good example is the definition of a "Bill".
A Bill should contain ONLY verbiage in regards to the topic of the future law. NO earmarks and NO unrelated sections or attacments.
Many past Bills sent to a president for signature contained unrelated but essential funding sections that rendered the Bill veto-proof when it warranted a veto.
CON-gress can override a veto if the Bill is deemed absolutely necessary by CON-gress.
If the Bill requires SPECIFICALLY related amendments, the CON-gress can "debate" (with its usual theater) and vote any new amendments.
The original text of the Constitution contains some very GENERAL clauses enabling both CON-gress and Executive branches to write laws and
regulations with their particular nuances expanding powers beyond intent. "Intent" may be gleaned from a complete understanding of
Federalist Papers.
An example of further specification and clarity for CON-gress should be a clear, very specific definition of the boundaries for the interstate Commerce Clause.
To restore freedom, liberty, and individuality - minimally these must be repealed:
Currently, even with computer-searching systems, the list of antiquated and/or obsolete statutes (and related regulations) is unwieldy.
These statutes must be invalidated unless there remains an applicable reason for retaining the law(s).
Aside from invalidating statutes, there are many regulations that are biased in favor of large enterprises (who buy support from bureaucrats)
at the expense of the competition, effectively repressing the Free Market. Any regulations not related to public safety that gives a financial advantage
to some companies over their smaller rivals must be rescinded to enable all companies with good consumer products to excel without burdensome regulations.
Additionally, the Convention should adopt for ratification at least these new Amendments or statute modifications:
clearly define and limit the role of government in regards to the term "general welfare",
Term Limits for CON-gress (12 years) including a 6 month limit on time residing in DC,
strict Prohibition of Lobbying (with a comprehensive definition of "lobbying"), and
a Balanced Budget Amendment to stop wreckless spending. During a CON-gressionally declared "war" (only after USA is attacked or attack is proven "imminent"),
deficit spending is permissible.
Restore America to its roots, i.e. Defense, State, Treasury, and Justice. Some Agencies are required like CIA and NSA, both respectively focused on defense against real foreign aggressors and not fictitious paranoid delusions of war mongers. Other agencies help where certain interstate communications are necessary. Most agencies like Agriculture, Education, DEA, IRS (eliminated with 16th Amendment) and many other listed here should be eliminated.
Restore the world Gold Standard with five contentious steps, and
Replace the IMF, World Bank, and Export-Import Bank with facilities that reflect the new Gold Standard, and
After decentralizing and economizing, if tax revenue is needed to fund all or part of the federal government, then implement the Fair Tax.
Regarding a Constitutional Convention itself, some of the available literature warns the reader about a possible "unstructured" and "mismanaged"
Convention that might propose and adopt amendments that could damage the Republic.
Possible, however, it is difficult to envisage how much more damage could done over what the L-E-J Cabal has already done.
If the Convention's agenda and rules of order strictly prohibit violation of the rules and enable a vote on unlisted Amendments AFTER all others are adopted,
then the Convention will be properly structured and managed. ]

Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.

Article V of the Constitution) has proposed and
States have ratified many new amendments to the Constitution, some that increase their power over us citizens. CONgress can propose amendments, and the
alternative method to CONgressional proposals can come from States via
Article V. When "We the People" — meaning
a very large majority — are opposed to Acts of CONgress like the INCOME TAX or ENDLESS WARS or the FEDERAL RESERVE, Acts that restrict and regulate our
LIBERTY, Acts that are a waste of money, Acts that have caused unrecoverable indebtedness, then through local representaatives of our States WE can propose
Amendments to be ratified by States just like CONgress.

constitutionally-defined boundaries. States created the federal government in 1787 with LIMITED powers defined in the Constitution. All powers not
given by States to the feds remain with the States by Article X. The feds have through deceit, distortion, and falsification rearranged the entire contractual agreement
between States and the federal government. The feds have become a very powerful, all consuming force in American government. The time has come for States to rein in the federal government,
to take power back, to limit the federal government's power, and to add some detailed restriction to the definition of CONgress, the Executive, and the Judiciary.
In 1787 a central government was (is) necessary only to provide for the common defense and ensure equality
under the law for all Citizens, to provide a final arbiter for the resolution of unsolvable problems among States and People. Most laws and regulations that the federal
government has wreaked on the States and the People are unconstitutional. States are independent, sovereign countries who realized the need for a limited and defined
central government to prevent wasteful duplication of effort. The federal government, in 2017, is OUT OF CONTROL, infringing and interfering with State sovereignty and their

by the federal government with an Aricle V Convention of States to not only reverse past federal government "power grabs" but prevent future federal government
violations of their Constitutionally-defined boundaries.
A new, well-organized group of volunteers in all 50 states have gathered to restore America to
its roots by limiting all 3 branches of the federal government with a
Convention of States (CoS) organization (alternate site,
CoS Action). This is a Convention of States to AMEND the Constitution — NOT rewrite it!
Recently, CoS held an Article V, Convention
simulation with appointed volunteers from all 50 States. The simulated Convention demonstrated how a well-organized CoS can vote for proposed amendments
to the Consitution that are popular enough to be ratified by the necessary 3/4ths of States (38). Obviously, only proposed Amendments that are likely to pass
both Houses of the legislatures of thirty-eight (38) States, that is, the required 3/4ths of States to ratify an Amendment to the Constitution should be proposed.

The purpose in a Convention of States, simulated or real, is to PROPOSE AMENDMENTS that give power back to the People. The proposed amendments must reflect the
thinking, objectives — the goals of people of States — who want to restore our Constitutional Republic to one that represents the people.

A real CoS, requires that 2/3rds of States (34) send an "application" to CONgress requesting that
CONgress schedule a CoS. State Legislatures are composed of an Assembly and Senate. Each "house" must pass a bill separately and send the resolution to their
Governor. Then the State sends an "application" to the CONgress. When the federal CONgress receives applications from 34 States, the CONgress is required to set a date for
the Convention of States. CONgress is NOT involved otherwise. The States have the Convention, propose amendments, and dispatch the precisely worded amendments to
their respectives assemblies and senates for ratification. CONgress only schedules the Convention.
