Finally, the Supreme Court concludes that forcing workers that are not members of the AFSCME union to pay dues is unconstitutional since AFSCME uses the dues revenue to support Democrat (Socialists) Party candidates. Since UNIONS have origins with Communist Karl Marx's famous phrase, "Workers of the world, unite!", it should seem obvious to freedom seeking Americans that union membership is antithetical to the American ideal and the Constitution. Free citizens should read the facts about government employee unions and their political power and massive influence with employees of the subversive DEEP STATE, members of which can't be fired. The DEEP STATE remains employed after each leadership change, and they write regulations to enforce laws anyway they want with no REAL oversight or judicial review.

FROM Anonymous New York Times Author Proves the Deep State Is Real, and Dangerous

Consider the op-ed writers message to the American people: Im a self-styled adult whos vowed to thwart parts of [Trumps] agenda by reaching across the aisle and taking up the banner of the popular resistance of the left.

Heres that message translated from Beltway English: Im an insider whos smarter than you and who knows whats best, so Im going to undermine the agenda of a democratically elected president.

Thats the same message of the so-called Resistance against Trump. Of course, liberal publications like The Nation have dismissed the deep state as a conspiracy theory. But in July, the Washington Posts Eugene Robinson praised it in his column: God bless the Deep State.

Pay for federal employees is 30-50% higher than for a comparable private sector employee who contributes to the profitability of the private sector company. Federal employees are paid out of the taxpayer's pocket and those employees couldn't care less about profit, efficiency, or performance. They signed on for life in a comfortable, "make work" job, 50% of which are unnecessary. In fact, 50% of federal agencies are unnecessary. Elimination of 50% of these agencies and layoffs for 50% of all federal employees would have no economic impact except possibly on the restaurants, bars, and escort agencies. Such a move would go a long way toward gaining control of the subversive DEEP STATE, the independent and uncontrollable "administrative state".

The positive, favorable benefit to the economy would be almost incalculable. National debt and inflation would decrease thereby increasing the buying power of the dollar. The Federal Reserve could rest their electronic money printers. Reforming employee salary pay from automatic-pay-increases to pay-for-performance as measured by established criteria will save taxpayer money and Federal Reserve money-from-thin-air. Managers and employees with the best performing teams would get bonuses. Since performance is the measure, then the same amount of government work can and would be done with 50% fewer employees.

Today's federal government is like the feudal lords and nobles of the past. Consider this: The president and White House staff are the king and his guard. Each federal agency is like a province with its own Duke knighted by the king and approved by the Senate. Each duchy has its serfs who work lackadaisically to handle the Duke's efforts for the king. Citizens are taxed to pay the king and queen and the Dukes with their duchys. The only event that changes this similarity to the kingdoms of the past is Election Day every two and four years. This comparison is made more often to Rome and the Roman Empire where there was a Senate that deferred all responsibility to the Emperor and the Emperor's Dukes and other nobles. The US government CONgress creates independent agencies (duchys) to extend their legal power and enforce statutes for which these agencies publicize enforcement regulations. An Independent Agency is independent of the President except when appointing or removing the Secretary of a given agency. The President can direct agencies under his direct control to rescind onerous regulations.

The only way to REALLY change this situation in America is to place legal limits on taxation and spending—the elimination of the unnecessary. This might be done with Constitutional Amendments either by CONgress or by a Convention of States. Start by banning ALL unions from government. Then state the fact that the necessary departments of the federal government—State, Treasury, Defense, Justice—will remain. Then, any agency necessary to facilitate or complete the tasks of these established necessary departments such as for Defense's, CIA, NSA, Drone Force, Space Force, etc. should be kept. State, Treasury, and Justice would have their respective necessary agencies. Many agencies with similar missions could be combined to increase synergies and cut the cost of operations (mostly employees), and all of this assumes the necessity of the agency.

If America truly is a "Nation of Laws" (ask DOJ & FBI), then further cuts in taxation and spending must be enforced with a Balanced Budget Amendment, and this Amendment would include a provision that permits deficit spending for war-time actions only (if necessary). The DoD's acounting system should be "accountable" in the future instead of the "disappearing" $8 billion. National Debt could be reduced by "calling" Notes and Bonds (over 5 years) to a level not-to-exceed 20% of GDP (another Amendment?). Also, government employee pension and healthcare plans must change to "50-50 plans", i.e., 50% contributions by employees and by government. There are many other much more detailed proposals to restore the U.S. government to sufficiency or surplus.

Next, after retention of all necessary agencies, CONgress must amend the laws that created the remaining agencies to eliminate the "independence factors" enabling agencies to promulgate enforcement regulations that redefine the scope of a given law so agencies can do whatever they want without oversight or judicial review. The U.S. Judiciary claims to have protocols to evaluate regulations generated by "independent" agencies. Also, Judiciary claims to have legal processes for eliminating the unconstitutional parts of laws that create the agencies of the "Administrative State". But if past and future statutes were/are read and evaluated to prevent unconstitutional sections prior to the vote, then we might possibly have (had) fewer boondoggle agencies. The aforementioned elimination procedure has become an absolute necessity if the federal government is to adhere to the Constitution's framework and liberty amendments.

Powerful members of CONgress who may think they are doing good for the country have created agencies (like Dodd-Frank) that further their goals to transform America and gain much greater government control. Any member of CONgress should have an internalized desire and a constant effort to minimize the affect of government on all Americans. The CONgress by allowing such subversion, disguised as gaining control of the economy, should have been evaluated and prevented. People speak and write of "unintended consequences", but some consequences are "intended" if a CONgressman's goal is to massively extend the control of government. The Administrative State now controls America regardless of the Judiciary's so-called protocols and processes. CONgress has created an unaccountable, very expensive Administrative State that will eventually destroy freedom and the financial stability of the USA.

Essentially the "Federal" Government needs an overhaul, a refurbishment to realign government to the precise meaning of the constitutional framework. Independent Agencies are nowhere mentioned in the Constitution's framework for the CONgress or Executive. Yet, the CONgress have created 430 of them that infiltrate American life daily forcing citizens and companies to do as they're told. CONgress has the Power to make all laws, but the creation of many boondoggle agencies to carry out their Powers is neither 'Necessary' nor 'Proper' (ARTICLE I, SECTION 8, CLAUSE 18). The constitutionally undefined 4th branch of government—the Administrative State—has become the intolerable, unaccountable "Deep State".

FROM Anonymous New York Times Author Proves the Deep State Is Real, and Dangerous

Make no mistakethe deep state is real. The ruckus this op-ed stirred up is proof that Washington insiders take its existence very seriously.

But even if the deep state is a figment of conservative imaginations, its counterpartthe administrative stateis an apparatus of government that progressive activists acknowledge and actively work to expand.

Many of the groups protesting the Trump presidency helped build the administrative state and its more secretive cousin. Take the radical Environmental Defense Fund, which worked hand-in-glove for years with President Barack Obamas Environmental Protection Agency to file lawsuits that expanded regulations for federal land use and species protection.

The fund accused former Trump EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt of having a slash-and-burn ethos, which could set back more than 25 years of work to address the link between race, poverty, and pollutionadvanced through executive orders, dedicated funding, expert advisory committees, and grassroots movements.

Perhaps its not Pruitt the environmentalists should concern themselves with, but the EPAs vast powers.

[Editor's Note: Perhaps the "vast powers" of many of the Administrative State's agencies should concern ANYONE who desires LIBERTY. Perhaps CONgress should reevaluate the MONSTER they have created since the 1930s. The Freedom and Liberty of all citizens (who actually want Liberty) is under attack not just by Islamic Terrorists or China, but by Democrats (Socialists), progressive subversives, and other radicals from within our own federal government.

The election of President Trump has vastly interrupted the Socialist flow of power that has as its goal to destroy the Constitution and everything for which America stands. The CONgress has enabled Administrative State, DEEP STATE subversives to seriously limit the freedom of citizens, i.e., create legal standing. Constitutional Amendments to curtail taxation, spending, and borrowing are necessary to downsize the Administrative State, to cut their resources and force a reexamination of their real purposes. The Feds must downsize to save America! ]

Recommendations

I recommend two (2) movies for interested viewers. If Democrat voters (or any voter) want to understand what is wrong with their party, I recommend a documentary movie that contains a completely corroborated history of the Democrat Party. The documentary's title is: Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party. The documentary was produced by Dinesh D'Souza who was 'railroaded' by the Obama Administration into a kangaroo court controlled by a corrupt judge and sentenced to prison for producing another documentary, 2016: Obama's America. All FACTS presented in these documentaries are the historical evidence of the failure of the Democrat Party although the Democrats have many allies that support these Communist/Socialist attempts to destroy America, and no group of FAKE NEWS companies can deny the FACTS.

While America has a Constitution that guarantees freedom of speech, it doesn't guarantee an everyday political education. If Americans believe in their freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, if Americans believe that Capitalism is the greatest creator of individual wealth the world has ever experienced (historical facts prove this assertion), then Americans should know the people and organizations who want to destroy America from within. Therefore, the best documentary available that exposes and identifies these enemies who have grown much stronger since the Russian Revolution is The Enemies Within.

Also near the end of The Enemies Within documentary, the video requests that citizens call their Senators and Representatives (those NOT affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood and other subversive Marxist organizations) to support S. 68: Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act of 2017 and H.R. 377: Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act of 2017. After watching the video, you will clearly understand why the Muslim Brotherhood is trying to destroy America from within. Many current Representatives and Senators are affiliated with persons and organizations whose precepts, behavior, and speech are as Marxist as Vladimir Lenin without identifying themselves as Marxist. One of these organizations has infiltrated America like a final stage cancer. These un-American organizations must be excised like a massive tumor. This is NOT McCarthyism since you will SEE and UNDERSTAND the evidence presented in the video.

"The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history."

FROM 4 Key Points to Consider About Trumps Federal Pay Decision

By Fred Lucas / http://twitter.com/FredLucasWH>@FredLucasWH / August 31, 2018

President Donald Trump announced hes not granting the usual 2.1 percent pay hike for federal employees, prompting staunch opposition from many Democratic lawmakers.

Its the latest move by the Trump administration to try to reign in excessive compensation packages for federal employees, after the president signed three executive orders in May.

Specifically, I have determined that for 2019, both across?the?board pay increases and locality pay increases will be set at zero, Trumps letter notifying Congress said Thursday. These alternative pay plan decisions will not materially affect our ability to attract and retain a well?qualified federal workforce.

Heres a look at what the pay freeze could mean.

1. Fiscal Impact

In his letter to Congress Thursday, Trump asserted the pay hikes would not be responsible at this time.

I view the increases that would otherwise take effect as inappropriate.

Under current law, locality pay increases averaging 25.70 percent, costing $25 billion, would go into effect in January 2019, in addition to a 2.1 percent across-the-board increase for the base general schedule. We must maintain efforts to put our nation on a fiscally sustainable course, and federal agency budgets cannot sustain such increases.

However, the impact may be negligible, said Rachel Greszler, a research fellow in economics, budget and entitlements with The Heritage Foundation.

Basically, its not the most efficient reduction in spending or excessive pay, but its all the administration can do on their own, Greszler told The Daily Signal. And pay increases shouldnt be automatic.

2. Current Federal Compensation

In recent years, the Congressional Budget Office, and conservative think tanks The Heritage Foundation and the American Enterprise Institute, all produced reports finding federal compensation packages far outpace the private sector

Further, the government watchdog group OpenTheBooks.com found that one in five of employees at the 78 largest federal agencies has a salary that is six figures. Another 30,000 rank-and-file career government employees earn more than any governor.

A 2017 CBO report estimated taxpayers compensate federal workers with 17 percent more than what similar employeeswith comparable education, skills, and experienceearn in the private sector.

The Office of Management and Budget during the Obama administration estimated the federal government would spend $337 billion in 2017 on the civilian federal workforce.

Also, with seniority comes at least two pay hikes for some years under the current system. All federal employees generally get a cost-of-living adjustment that is not based on performance. Second, federal employees are paid for each step increase they move up in the system based on seniority, which provides a 3 percent hike.

Federal employees get a retirement contribution of between 15 to 18 percent of their pay, while private sector employees average 3 to 5 percent, according to a 2016 Heritage Foundation study. Federal employees also contribute significantly less to their retirement, as taxpayers fund the bulk of the pensions.

3. Performance Pay

Greszler co-authored a 2016 Heritage Foundation study that estimated a performance-based system would reduce federal personnel costs by $26.7 billion.

In his letter to Congress on Thursday, Trump made what seemed to be a long-term point.

In light of our nations fiscal situation, federal employee pay must be performance-based, and aligned strategically toward recruiting, retaining, and rewarding high-performing federal employees and those with critical skill sets, Trump said. Across-the-board pay increases and locality pay increases, in particular, have long-term fixed costs, yet fail to address existing pay disparities or target mission critical recruitment and retention goals.

Simply holding off on raises wont accomplish anything without broader civil service reform, said Robert Moffit, senior fellow in domestic policy studies at The Heritage Foundation.

The federal pay system does not effectively reward the most talented and productive because the system is highly standardized, Moffit told The Daily Signal. Federal employees in many cases should be paid more and many should be paid less. We need more employees in some areas and less in others.

4. What Trump Has Done So Far

In keeping with the presidents drain the swamp reform efforts, the Trump administration has pushed for civil service reforms in budget proposals to Congress with little action.

However, Congress did pass and the president signed a law to make it easier to fire bad employees at the Department of Veterans Affairs following the VA waiting list scandal in which employees had doctored lists, leaving some veterans to wait excessively long times for care.

Congress has left most of the rest of the federal bureaucracy untouched. However, on May 25, Trump issued an executive order to move the ball on civil service reform.

One order holds nonproductive workers more accountable by speeding up the disciplinary and appeals process. In many cases, it takes more than a year to remove an employee. The order also limits the grace period to shore up their performance from 120 days to 30 days. The order also limits the ability of federal managers from simply moving employees that engaged in poor performance or illegal activity from one agency to another.

Federal agencies would share performance reviews, and also consider performance in making layoff decisions. Previously, layoffs were based on the amount of time employed by an agency.

A separate executive order limits the amount of time a federal employees can spend on union activity during work hours to no more than one-quarter of their workday. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee found more than 12,500 federal workers took official time to work on union activities in 2017. Of that, 470 worked in the VA.

Surely, anyone who observes and understands current events with a background knowledge of Progressivism, Socialism, Communism, and our own failed governmental system of Federalism can see with clarity that our current federal government since 1933 is progressing toward Socialism. Our country is a Warfare/Welfare State that is financed and heavily regulated on the backs of companies and citizen taxpayers. The Democrats (Socialists) import illegal prospective voters from south of the border who vote illegally and get paid by citizen taxpayers. While the U.S. fights the enemies of allies ostensibly to keep enemies from our shores, the U.S. should demand that allies defend themselves more—WWII is over. Sell U.S. weaponry to allies that is appropriate for their current disputes or skirmishes with enemies and provide training if necessary. See How to Make America Great Again.

Obviously, something must be done about:
  • our CONgress' insolvent spending behavior, and
  • our career politicians (limit 12yrs), lifetime court appointees (limit 12yrs), and
  • after firing 50% of federal employees (without replacing) based on past performance and skill levels, future bi-annual performance appraisals determine who is promoted/terminated, limit employment to 20yrs, and
  • require federal employees to contribute 65% with government 35% for retirement pension savings, 50%/50% for health insurance, and
  • the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 didn't REFORM anything. It created the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), and all of these bureaucracies are corrupted by unions since most employees of bureaucracies are union members, and therefore, all venues for appeal of termination should be condensed into one, independent, non-government, private, non-profit organization that uses the very latest technology to evaluate all appeals of termination and renders a FINAL opinion. Politics, sexual or any other harassment, skills deficit, abrasive personality are all reasons for termination or not and would be considered in deliberations. Government CANNOT investigate itself objectively, and
  • prohibit all government employee union activities on the job, i.e., if union activity, then must occur in union meetings off-site in union buildings only, and
  • our southern border must be secured against the hordes of Illegal Aliens with an impenetrable WALL, and an Executive Order denying "Birthright Citizenship" to children born of Illegal Aliens (foreigners) (see 14th Amendment), and
  • our bogus immigration laws, e.g., Chain Migration, Visa Lottery, Catch & Release, bogus claims of Entrepreneurship, and phony Asylum requests must be repealed, and
  • our current Illegal Aliens should be arrested, photographed, printed, DNA-sampled, and deported. Two-time offenders should be incarcerated, and

The propensity to violence is not caused by poverty alone, but, in the case of Mexico in particular and the Southern Hemisphere in general, there is a history of violence as far back as Cortez and the Spanish Conquistadores. Before the Spanish, Incas in Central and South America and the Aztecs in Mexico were very violent. With Mexico, in particular, the Aztecs and their religion were very violent. Today, Mexican drug cartels ravage Mexico with their lawless grip on Mexicans. It is no wonder that Illegal Aliens bring violence to America. Today and throughout history, religions of all flavors are the primary cause of violence throughout the world and its history.

  • our INDEPENDENT agencies that generate freedom-restricting regulations, and
  • our obsolete agencies that merely provide make-work employment, and
  • our CONgress that created independent agencies but doesn't have enough power to oversee or change them, and
  • our corrupt public schools (make them all tuition-driven private schools, eliminate school Boards, eliminate school taxes). See American Subversive Teachers, and
  • our universities that allow students to violate the 1st Amendment must be sanctioned, and
  • our universities' policies of tenure for professors should have an end-date for non-productive professors, and
  • our "gun free zones" must be eliminated, and Concealed Carry Reciprocity (includes training) must be the law of the land so that "maniac shooters" can be stopped immediately, and
  • our government(s) must fully support the Constitution including 1st and 2nd Amendments subject to sanction (California), and
  • our Federal Reserve (Keynesian economics) that consistently causes recessions or exacerbates the normal boom-bust business cycle, and
  • our Income Tax that should be replaced with a Sales Tax requiring a 75% majority in CONgress to increase the tax percent. Income Tax is PUNISHMENT for SUCCESS. A sales tax paid by consumers only taxes consumption. Since no citizen would pay income tax, then only consumption is taxed. Untaxed companies would have more money to lower prices. Citizens would have more money to pay the sales tax and school tuition. Maybe citizens would prefer saving over buying?
The list goes on...

FROM Why even Republicans embrace socialism

September 24, 2018 by Bob Livingston

Freedom is a black-or-white, yes-or-no, either/or, zero-sum proposition. There are no gray areas or lukewarmness when it comes to freedom.

But the concept of freedom of the individual, or individual liberty, has been shoved down the memory hole and replaced by a popular mentality of diminishing the individual and independent thinker to a collectivist mind (mentality) which can be esoterically swayed, directed and channeled against his own best interest. The virtue and sanctity of the individual person and ego is no more, and anathema to the state.

What does it all mean? It means that a state of mind is developed and nurtured that freely gives oneself and ones production to the state. Each individual, in order to be a good citizen of the state, must contribute most of his means and be grateful for the services the state returns — whether they are necessary or useful or not.

The result is that even so-called conservatives have come to not only accept socialism but to embrace it in many forms. Oh, theyll reject it when its called what it is, as conservatives have chimed in to reject and ridicule proposals by self-avowed socialists like Bernie Sanders and the new communist darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. But they readily accept socialism in its many forms, especially when its proposed by socialists masquerading as Republicans.

A new Congress has been seated, and it brings the prospect of perhaps, maybe, potentially, in a possible way doing something about the runaway federal deficits. And in other news, several New York area bridges are for sale, which you can acquire at a bargain price.

Excessive Spending Destroys!

Feds Have a Spending Problem — DO NOT RAISE THE CEILING!

Feds Have a Sewage Problem!

DEBT PERSPECTIVE!

Social Security (SS) monies flow into the Feds via paycheck withholding. The Feds buy US Treasuries and the Bond purchase money is deposited into the treasury. Benefit money must therefore be paid out of the Treasury. If there had been a SS brokerage account (instead of the Feds spending it), the monies could have been invested very conservatively to receive a modest 5-8% annual return on investment and the SS "Trust" Fund would be solvent even with retiring baby-boomers. Another mismanagement failure is SS Disability which has been defrauded by mendacious citizen malingerers especially from 2000 to 2016.

Joseph Story, Supreme Court Justice
... when the court wasn't part of the L-E-J Cabal

Joseph Story (17791845) was born during the American Revolution, and came of age in the early years of the new United States of America. He was a scholar of the U.S. Constitution, and, eventually helped found the Harvard Law School.

In 1811, Story was appointed to the Supreme Court by President James Madison who knew a few things about the U.S. Constitution, in that he helped write it. Story was a contemporary of another famous member of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Marshall (17551835).

In 1833, Justice Story published a study titled, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States. In a discussion of the Second Amendment, Story stated:

"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."

See the following links for more related articles:

[Editor's Note: what I have dubbed the "Legislative-Executive-Judicial Cabal" which the American People have caused by ignoring the generational transition from our Constitutional Republic to what now is, in effect, an "elected" dictatorship. Never mind who is elected. Never mind which bogus party is in power. The superficial, theatrically staged, choreographed appearance of debate, disagreement, and stalled legislation always resolves into more government and less FREEDOM. We the People still lose more freedom after every "emergency" or unnoticeably when CON-gress passes another general, open-ended law that enables the Executive (dictator) and its unaccountable agencies to formulate more freedom-restricting regulations (200 pages a day get posted to the Federal Register). The "Dictator's" agencies (police force) continue to pile-up more weapons to squelch uprising(s) when the People finally realize and understand their tyrannical government.

A Convention of States is necessary to amend the Constitution for Congressional Term Limits to twelve (12) years and restrict time in DC to only six (6) months per year. Such an Amendment is only a FIRST step in restoring America to its Constitutional roots. Back in the day when the People still feared kings, the president's term was limited by Constitutional Amendment.

Currently, CONgress is just a group of socialists, progressives, and faux-conservatives (career politicians) that, on a daily basis, ignores the Constitution, many of their own past statutes, and cedes their responsibilities to the president ("elected" dictator). A comparison to the history of Rome becomes more and more credible with the Executive and its "featherbedded" lackeys gaining more power while CONgress sits back all fat-dumb-and-happy.

CONgress has made recent efforts to expose State Dept. failures in Benghazi (inept political leader), Fast-and-Furious gun-running (criminal AG), IRS 1st amendment violations, gov't union Veterans Administration fraud, and whining about Obama(Reid)-killer-Care, but these efforts are mostly politics as usual. Most "citizens" will forget about these infringements from our unaccountable, uncontrollable Executive branch with its tyrannical agencies staffed by socialist unions that extort "juicy" contracts from the "elected" dictatorship.

Most positions in the federal government whether elected, appointed, or hired are nominal, make-work jobs (confidentially) designed merely to grow government, bilk money from private businesses and citizens, and eventually fully transform America into a totalitarian state. When this happens, CONgress will have destroyed the economy and the country by their negligence and counter-liberty policies, and it will be almost impossible to Restore America. The 'Restore America' list is only a beginning too.]

"The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny."

James Madison, Federalist Paper 47, Friday, February 1, 1788

Anyone who believes this country is free is an idiot!

RESTORE AMERICA! CUT GOVERNMENT 50%!

[Editor's Note: a Constitutional Convention is required to reverse the damage to freedom and liberty since 1900. This Article V was ratified by the participants at America's founding Constitutional Convention as an alternate path for repairing damage to freedom and liberty, a path for the People to restore damage caused by our failed representatives in the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of a government designed to represent the wishes of We the People.

The States must "demand" a Convention and explicitly specify an agenda of:

  1. laws to be repealed or modified,
  2. Amendments to existing constitutional clauses that define the co-equal branches to further specify and define, and
  3. new Amendments or statutes to be eventually ratified by States.

These Amendments should further specify and clarify the powers of the Legislature and Executive Branches. A good example is the definition of a "Bill". A Bill should contain ONLY verbiage in regards to the topic of the future law. NO earmarks and NO unrelated sections or attacments.

Many past Bills sent to a president for signature contained unrelated but essential funding sections that rendered the Bill veto-proof when it warranted a veto. CON-gress can override a veto if the Bill is deemed absolutely necessary by CON-gress. If the Bill requires SPECIFICALLY related amendments, the CON-gress can "debate" (with its usual theater) and vote any new amendments.

The original text of the Constitution contains some very GENERAL clauses enabling both CON-gress and Executive branches to write laws and regulations with their particular nuances expanding powers beyond intent. "Intent" may be gleaned from a complete understanding of Federalist Papers. An example of further specification and clarity for CON-gress should be a clear, very specific definition of the boundaries for the interstate Commerce Clause.

To restore freedom, liberty, and individuality - minimally these must be repealed:

  1. the 16th Amendment,
  2. the Federal Reserve Act,
  3. the War Powers Act,
  4. all Asset Forfeiture laws,
  5. the Controlled Substances Act (CSA)
  6. the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act
  7. NDAA
  8. Homeland Security which includes TSA
  9. the DoddFrank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act
  10. most Eminent Domain laws, and
  11. the Affordable Care Act

Currently, even with computer-searching systems, the list of antiquated and/or obsolete statutes (and related regulations) is unwieldy. These statutes must be invalidated unless there remains an applicable reason for retaining the law(s).

Aside from invalidating statutes, there are many regulations that are biased in favor of large enterprises (who buy support from bureaucrats) at the expense of the competition, effectively repressing the Free Market. Any regulations not related to public safety that gives a financial advantage to some companies over their smaller rivals must be rescinded to enable all companies with good consumer products to excel without burdensome regulations.

Additionally, the Convention should adopt for ratification at least these new Amendments or statute modifications:

  1. clearly define and limit the role of government in regards to the term "general welfare",
  2. Term Limits for CON-gress (12 years) including a 6 month limit on time residing in DC,
  3. strict Prohibition of Lobbying (with a comprehensive definition of "lobbying"), and
  4. a Balanced Budget Amendment to stop wreckless spending. During a CON-gressionally declared "war" (only after USA is attacked or attack is proven "imminent"), deficit spending is permissible.
  5. Restore America to its roots, i.e. Defense, State, Treasury, and Justice. Some Agencies are required like CIA and NSA, both respectively focused on defense against real foreign aggressors and not fictitious paranoid delusions of war mongers. Other agencies help where certain interstate communications are necessary. Most agencies like Agriculture, Education, DEA, IRS (eliminated with 16th Amendment) and many other listed here should be eliminated.
  6. Restore the world Gold Standard with five contentious steps, and
  7. Replace the IMF, World Bank, and Export-Import Bank with facilities that reflect the new Gold Standard, and
  8. After decentralizing and economizing, if tax revenue is needed to fund all or part of the federal government, then implement the Fair Tax.

Regarding a Constitutional Convention itself, some of the available literature warns the reader about a possible "unstructured" and "mismanaged" Convention that might propose and adopt amendments that could damage the Republic. Possible, however, it is difficult to envisage how much more damage could done over what the L-E-J Cabal has already done. If the Convention's agenda and rules of order strictly prohibit violation of the rules and enable a vote on unlisted Amendments AFTER all others are adopted, then the Convention will be properly structured and managed. ]

FROM Project to RESTORE AMERICA

The FairTax is a consumption tax unilaterally applied to all Americans at the same rate. For businesses, payroll taxes would no longer exist. Our exports would include a heavy tax for overseas buyers purchasing our products, while our imports would be cheaper for us to purchase. I'm not sure how this would affect GDP, as more information is necessary.

According to the FairTax website, "Under the FairTax, every person living in the United States pays a sales tax on purchases of new goods and services, excluding necessities due to the prebate." The prebate gives every legal resident household an "advance refund" at the beginning of each month so that purchases made up to the poverty level are tax-free.

So a family of four making something like $50,000/year should not have to pay taxes, thus preventing an unfair burden on low-income families. Since the FairTax eliminates both federal and payroll taxes, you get to keep your gross pay amount of each paycheck earned.

Why Do We Need Term Limits?

John Adams said, Without [term limits] every man in power becomes a ravenous beast of prey. That being said, here are some of the reasons we believe our country needs Term Limits.

  1. Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
  2. Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
  3. Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
  4. Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
  5. Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.

Term limits for lawmakers: when is enough, enough?

[Editor's Note: If you want to get rich, i.e. advance from a low paying government bureaucrat job on the local or state level, THEN GET ELECTED TO THE US CONGRESS (House or Senate). Once you're elected, it's easy to steal from your campaign contributions or the Congressional budget allocated to your seat and staff. You can go on a government-funded junket with 'lavishly' paid expenses. The list of ways to steal from the government while in office is inexhaustible. There are only a few Congressmen who left Congress just wealthy instead of a multi-millionaire. Of course, there are several who arrived in Congress as multi-millionaires and don't need to steal from the government.]
