The Attack of Socialist Obstructionists
The election of President Trump has vastly interrupted the Socialist flow of power that has as its goal to destroy the Constitution and everything for which America stands. The Socialist/Communist former
president Barack Obama attempted the destruction of America during his eight year Reign of Socialist Transformation. If America's defense had weakened enough for a devastating terrorist attack, Obama
could have declared Martial Law in perpetuity, suspending the Constitution, ignoring CONgress, promulgating new regulations from his Deep State comrades, and forcefully disarming gun owners. Obama had
lots of "True Believers" working religiously in the background, but he just moved too slowly.
The Judge Kavanaugh confirmation hearings are just one, last, desperate attempt by socialist senators (socialist in every way but name) in CONgress to delay the process, to obstruct any and all attempts to reform the federal government
by our very successful President Trump who with CONgress has enabled the country to repair the damage of the Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama years. Twenty-eight years of disastrous economic policies that have
almost destroyed America. Now, if all citizens will realize their responsibility for self-sufficience, America can be economically greater than ever.
Christine Blasey Ford's claim that Judge Kavanaugh "groped" her in 1982 is just a claim that:
cannot be proved or corroborated by anyone. The claim is a "he said-she said" with no result. Also, if the 1982 High School claim were so injurious to Ford's psyche, then why weren't charges
brought against the alleged "groper".
Women should ask themselves if when they were teenagers, "did I want to be sexy?" Groping is what a young, teenage unsophisticated, clumsy male would do to express his desire
to communicate sexually to a sexy female. I posit that teenage girls wanted to be groped in 1982 by a "sexy" boy whether the motivation was hormones or peer pressure. Do teenage girls want to be
groped in 2018? Further, girls or women can grope boys or men!
In 1982, the school's principal would either have interviewed both parties involved in the event asking them to shake hands and be nice or the principal would call the
Sheriff to bring Sexual Assault charges against the alleged "groper". It's likely that the Sheriff would have declined.
Fast-forward to 2018, while women in general have genuine complaints about being thought of as "sex objects", there are many women today who want to be sex objects either for Internet
viewing puposes or physical sexual dating purposes. Assuming the event really ocurred, Ford apparently did not then or does not today want to be considered "sexy". This is just a lie to gain prurient interest
for TV viewing. Many women have claimed "groping" or "rape" in past situations and later were found to be liars.
This is merely an attempt to weaken the credibility of Judge Kavanaugh who by all accounts is a very competent jurisprudent future Justice of the Supreme Court.
Democrats (Socialists) comprise the whiners, the disgusting fools that refuse to accept responsibility for their destructive behavior. These people are the cause of the previous American direction
toward the failure of a Socialist State. If this behavior continues, a majority of Americans might begin disavowing their responsibility for the failure of the economy.
The letter from Christine Blasey Ford, PhD was presented by the minority chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Rep. Diane Feinstein after all confirmation proceedings had concluded
even though she had known of the letter for 3 months. This is an obvious delaying tactic.
Today's Democrat (Socialist) side of CONgress exemplifies the rudest, most unethical, subversive liars, and almost criminal element of politics that citizens have ever seen in modern times.
On Thursday, 9/27/2018, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee demonstrated the subversive nature of the Democrat (Socialists) Senators elected by the deluded voters of the home states of each Socialist Senator.
Either voters have been deceived, duped and fooled or voters want to destroy America by permitting these SOCIOPATHS to sit in a seat on this undermined committee like many committees in CONgress. The
behavior of sociopath, Democrat Senators even surpassed then Senator Joe Biden's disgusting, despicable behavior in 1991 during the confirmation hearing of now Justice Clarence Thomas, thankfully the most
conservative Justice on the Supreme Court.
This woman, Christine Ford, sat and testified to the wrecked committee a pack of lies, a fairy tale concocted probably by her scumbag lawyers (the best liars and spinners) who coached her so she might sound credible.
Ford couldn't remember how she was transported to the party, where the party happened, or how she was transported home. There were many inconsistencies in her testimony. There was absolutely no corroborative
evidence supporting Ford's testimony. In fact, all of her friends stated they had no memory of such a party as described by Ford. Judge Kavanaugh's friends provided statements by deposition that no such party ever ocurred.
For a PhD psychologist with two Masters Degrees, she sure sounded like a mentally deficient person who was composing lies as the questioning proceeded. The Burden of Proof was on her to present credible, believable
evidence of the crime she says was perpetrated on her. In my opinion, she failed miserably! Also, if she is the quality of successfully produced PhD's from USC, then USC must have much lower standards.
9/27/18 will be history's most disgusting display of contemptible, despicable behavior from elected persons ever observed in modern history.
ADVICE: Ignore the CNN video after the link above designed subvert the issue; there is not enough evidence to support Probable Cause! The FBI investigated Kavanaugh 6 times already. Maybe the
Democrats (Socialists) will DEMAND an investigation of Kavanaugh's age birth to 15 years old next to extend the absurdity. Anything to delay!

I recommend two (2) movies for interested viewers. If Democrat voters (or any voter) want to understand what is wrong with their
party, I recommend a documentary movie that contains a completely corroborated history of the Democrat Party. The documentary's title is:
Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party. The documentary was produced by Dinesh D'Souza who was 'railroaded' by the Obama Administration into a
kangaroo court controlled by a corrupt judge and sentenced to prison for producing another documentary,
2016: Obama's America. All FACTS presented in these documentaries are the historical evidence of the failure of the Democrat Party although the Democrats have many allies that support these Communist/Socialist attempts to destroy
America, and no group of FAKE NEWS companies can deny the FACTS.

(or refuse) documents subpoenaed by CONgress, the Overseers of FBI and DOJ. I suspect that Wray is directing a massive shredding operation
reminiscent of Nixon's 1974 Watergate document shredding party in the White House. A future investigation will probably find missing databases, files,
and violations of security related to computer data similar to Hillary's missing emails and IRS' Lois Lerner's missing emails.
It is obvious that Muellar has exceeded the boundaries of his designated authority. Deputy AG Rosenstein and former FBI Director Muellar were part
of the CFIUS authorized sale of Uranium One to Rosatom. The Dep. AG and Muellar hide behind their current power to cover-up their possible
illegal acts with the aforementioned sale. The only "colluders" with Russia are a group comprised of Bill/Hillary, Muellar, Rosenstein, and 2010 CFIUS

Further, Ellis demanded to see the unredacted �scope memo,� a document outlining the scope of the special counsel�s Russia probe that congressional Republicans have also sought.
According to the document that appointed Mueller as special counsel, he has authority to investigate:
(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. �600.4(a) [a regulation that expands a special counsel�s jurisdiction to crimes, such as perjury
or obstruction of justice, that interfere with his investigation]

Freedom is a black-or-white, yes-or-no, either/or, zero-sum proposition. There are no gray areas or lukewarmness when it comes to freedom.
But the concept of freedom of the individual, or individual liberty, has been shoved down the memory hole and replaced by a popular mentality
of diminishing the individual and independent thinker to a collectivist mind (mentality) which can be esoterically swayed, directed and channeled against his own best interest. The virtue
and sanctity of the individual person and ego is no more, and anathema to the state.
What does it all mean? It means that a state of mind is developed and nurtured that freely gives oneself and one�s production to the state. Each
individual, in order to be a good citizen of the state, must contribute most of his means and be grateful for the services the state returns — whether they are necessary or useful or not.
The result is that even so-called conservatives have come to not only accept socialism but to embrace it in many forms. Oh, they�ll reject it when
it�s called what it is, as conservatives have chimed in to reject and ridicule proposals by self-avowed socialists like Bernie Sanders and the new communist darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
But they readily accept socialism in its many forms, especially when it�s proposed by socialists masquerading as Republicans.
A new Congress has been seated, and it brings the prospect of perhaps, maybe, potentially, in a possible way doing something about the runaway federal deficits. And in other news, several New York area bridges are for sale, which you can acquire at a bargain price.

Social Security (SS) monies flow into the Feds via paycheck withholding. The Feds buy
US Treasuries and the Bond purchase money is deposited into the treasury. Benefit money
must therefore be paid out of the Treasury. If there had been a SS brokerage account
(instead of the Feds spending it), the monies could have been invested very conservatively
to receive a modest 5-8% annual return on investment and the SS "Trust" Fund would
be solvent even with retiring baby-boomers. Another mismanagement failure is SS Disability
which has been defrauded by mendacious citizen malingerers especially from 2000 to 2016.

Joseph Story, Supreme Court Justice ... when the court wasn't part of the L-E-J Cabal
Joseph Story (1779�1845) was born during the American Revolution, and came of age in the early years of the new United States of America. He was a scholar of the U.S. Constitution, and, eventually helped found the Harvard Law School.
In 1811, Story was appointed to the Supreme Court by President James Madison � who knew a few things about the U.S. Constitution, in that he helped write it. Story was a contemporary of another famous member of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Marshall (1755�1835).
"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."

Most "citizens" will forget about these infringements from our unaccountable, uncontrollable Executive branch with its tyrannical agencies staffed by socialist unions that extort "juicy" contracts from the "elected" dictatorship.
Most positions in the federal government whether elected, appointed, or hired are nominal, make-work jobs (confidentially) designed merely to grow government, bilk money from private businesses and citizens, and eventually fully transform America into a totalitarian state. When this happens, CONgress will have destroyed the economy and the country by their negligence and counter-liberty policies, and it will be almost impossible to Restore America. [Editor's Note: a Constitutional Convention is required to reverse the damage to freedom and liberty since 1900. This Article V was ratified by the participants at America's founding Constitutional Convention as an alternate path for repairing damage to freedom and liberty, a path for the People to restore damage caused by our failed representatives in the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of a government designed to represent the wishes of We the People.
The States must "demand" a Convention and explicitly specify an agenda of:
laws to be repealed or modified,
Amendments to existing constitutional clauses that define the co-equal branches to further specify and define, and
new Amendments or statutes to be eventually ratified by States.
These Amendments should further specify and clarify the powers of the Legislature and Executive Branches. A good example is the definition of a "Bill".
A Bill should contain ONLY verbiage in regards to the topic of the future law. NO earmarks and NO unrelated sections or attacments.
Many past Bills sent to a president for signature contained unrelated but essential funding sections that rendered the Bill veto-proof when it warranted a veto.
CON-gress can override a veto if the Bill is deemed absolutely necessary by CON-gress.
If the Bill requires SPECIFICALLY related amendments, the CON-gress can "debate" (with its usual theater) and vote any new amendments.
The original text of the Constitution contains some very GENERAL clauses enabling both CON-gress and Executive branches to write laws and
regulations with their particular nuances expanding powers beyond intent. "Intent" may be gleaned from a complete understanding of
Federalist Papers.
An example of further specification and clarity for CON-gress should be a clear, very specific definition of the boundaries for the interstate Commerce Clause.
To restore freedom, liberty, and individuality - minimally these must be repealed:
Currently, even with computer-searching systems, the list of antiquated and/or obsolete statutes (and related regulations) is unwieldy.
These statutes must be invalidated unless there remains an applicable reason for retaining the law(s).
Aside from invalidating statutes, there are many regulations that are biased in favor of large enterprises (who buy support from bureaucrats)
at the expense of the competition, effectively repressing the Free Market. Any regulations not related to public safety that gives a financial advantage
to some companies over their smaller rivals must be rescinded to enable all companies with good consumer products to excel without burdensome regulations.
Additionally, the Convention should adopt for ratification at least these new Amendments or statute modifications:
clearly define and limit the role of government in regards to the term "general welfare",
Term Limits for CON-gress (12 years) including a 6 month limit on time residing in DC,
strict Prohibition of Lobbying (with a comprehensive definition of "lobbying"), and
a Balanced Budget Amendment to stop wreckless spending. During a CON-gressionally declared "war" (only after USA is attacked or attack is proven "imminent"),
deficit spending is permissible.
Restore America to its roots, i.e. Defense, State, Treasury, and Justice. Some Agencies are required like CIA and NSA, both respectively focused on defense against real foreign aggressors and not fictitious paranoid delusions of war mongers. Other agencies help where certain interstate communications are necessary. Most agencies like Agriculture, Education, DEA, IRS (eliminated with 16th Amendment) and many other listed here should be eliminated.
Restore the world Gold Standard with five contentious steps, and
Replace the IMF, World Bank, and Export-Import Bank with facilities that reflect the new Gold Standard, and
After decentralizing and economizing, if tax revenue is needed to fund all or part of the federal government, then implement the Fair Tax.
Regarding a Constitutional Convention itself, some of the available literature warns the reader about a possible "unstructured" and "mismanaged"
Convention that might propose and adopt amendments that could damage the Republic.
Possible, however, it is difficult to envisage how much more damage could done over what the L-E-J Cabal has already done.
If the Convention's agenda and rules of order strictly prohibit violation of the rules and enable a vote on unlisted Amendments AFTER all others are adopted,
then the Convention will be properly structured and managed. ]
The FairTax is a consumption tax unilaterally applied to all Americans at the same rate. For businesses, payroll taxes would no longer exist. Our exports would include a heavy tax for overseas buyers purchasing our products, while our imports would be cheaper for us to purchase. I'm not sure how this would affect GDP, as more information is necessary.
According to the FairTax website, "Under the FairTax, every person living in the United States pays a sales tax on purchases of new goods and services, excluding necessities due to the prebate." The prebate gives every legal resident household an "advance refund" at the beginning of each month so that purchases made up to the poverty level are tax-free.
So a family of four making something like $50,000/year should not have to pay taxes, thus preventing an unfair burden on low-income families. Since the FairTax eliminates both federal and payroll taxes, you get to keep your gross pay amount of each paycheck earned.
John Adams said, �Without [term limits] every man in power becomes a ravenous beast of prey�. That being said, here are some of the reasons we believe our country needs Term Limits.
Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.

Once you're elected, it's easy to steal from your campaign contributions or the Congressional budget allocated to your seat and staff.
