There is evidence that
Bruce Ohr () and his wife were the intermediary between
FBI and Christopher Steele who obtained bogus information from Russia or, more likely, just dreamed-up any scurrilous trash that his tainted, unethical, criminal mind could conjure.
Finally, finally! We get some very belated information regarding FBI failures during the Clinton/Email Investigation ("matter"). Everyone in the corrupt DOJ's and FBI's top
management at the time of Hillary's private email server knew without doubt that Hillary violated:

Also, evidently with relative certainty, Bill and Hillary engineered the corruption of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for the sale of Uranium One to the Russian
State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom. Uranium One was assayed to hold uranium-producing properties equivalent to 1/3 of U.S. uranium holdings. Legally, however, the uranium cannot be
shipped outside U.S. borders, but that's just law which Hillary and Bill have bent and skirted the law since Arkansas.
Americans have known for weeks of the fake
DOSSIER, the Obama FBI's fraudulent
FISA warrant surveillance of Trump's 2016 presidential campaign, the frequently seditious text messages dispatched between FBI SSA Peter Strzok and FBI Attorney Lisa Page who alluded to the
prevention of Trump's election victory, and the failure of Rod Rosenstein's appointment of former FBI Director Mueller to find any evidence whatsoever of Russia/Trump collusion in the
election.
The Dossier, bought and paid by the DNC (Never Trumpers gave it to DNC/Hillary when Trump was nominated), was a a massive deception/con to use the mainstream media's proclivity
for lying against the voters in the election and to obtain a FISA warrant with no evidence to show probable cause. Then, the Deputy AG appoints a Special Prosecutor to continue the
political disruption of Trump's presidency into the 2018 and 2020 elections. Also, the Dossier created another layer of smoke to redirect the voters' attention to Trump and bogus allegations
of collusion with Russia.
Yet Mueller continues wasting away the DOJ's money on a cadre of biased Democrat lawyers searching for any morsel of illegality to feed the spiteful CONgress and the Democrat's inflammatory
political environment. Even if American authenic voters can objectively and impartially evaluate evidence, the mainstream media (ABC, BLOOMBERG, CBS, CNBC, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, NPR, PBS, AND many

The Deputy AG appointed Muellar because AG Sessions recused himself from involvement in the Russian matter. I think Muellar's appointment was a smoke-screen to hide Muellar's

For most of my lifetime, �Watergate� has been used as the measuring stick for political corruption. What exactly was the
Watergate scandal?
On June 17, 1972, five men were arrested for burglarizing
the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee at the Watergate office complex in Washington, D. C. It was never alleged that
President Richard M. Nixon knew about the burglary prior to the attempt, but that he tried to use the power of the presidency to obstruct
justice in order to protect members of his administration and his reelection committee from facing criminal charges. Ultimately, Nixon was
forced to resign in order to avoid congressional impeachment and a trial in the Senate.
The great irony is that Nixon was going to crush McGovern in the general election without any illegal help. Nothing that could have been
stolen from the Democrats could have helped the Republican Party win any bigger in 1972 -- Nixon claimed 520 electoral votes and carried
49 states. The break-in was stupid and unnecessary.
And most importantly, it was illegal. Sure, the people initially apprehended were only a couple of Cuban refugees and a pair of former CIA
spooks, but James W. McCord was with them -- a security coordinator for the Republican National Committee and Committee for the
Re-election of the President. Investigators were eventually able to connect those five to G. Gordon Liddy and Howard Hunt, and those seven
men were indicted by a grand jury on September 15, 1972. Over the course of the Watergate scandal, 69 people were eventually indicted,
and 48 were found guilty. Nixon was pardoned by President Gerald Ford on September 8, 1974, officially putting an end to the whole sordid
matter.
Since that fateful turn of events, political scandals are typically compared to Watergate and inevitably judged to have fallen short. Subsequent
scandals have often been labeled as such by merely appending �gate� as a suffix: thus we�ve had �Climategate� for the global warming email scandal, as one example.
In fact, there�s a whole Wikipedia page
devoted to organizing and listing all the scandals that have been designated as such simply by slapping the word �gate� at the end of it.
In a delicious irony, this week Attorney General William Barr implied that a new bar might have been set (pun intended) during the 2016
election cycle when he announced that he believes President Trump�s political campaign was spied upon by the federal government.
Just let that sink in for a moment and noodle around in your brain.
In 1972, Republicans were caught using former CIA operatives to spy on their political rivals. In 2016, Democrats have now been caught
using active FBI and senior Department of Justice employees to spy on President Trump. It is no longer debatable whether or not it
happened, because A. G. Barr just told us it happened. The only question that remains is whether or not they had any sort of justifiable
reason for doing so, except that question seems to have already been resolved by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, because his report
found no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. In fact, the opposite appears to be true -- it
looks as if federal agencies conspired with foreign governments to entrap peripheral members of the Trump campaign.
Heads need to roll. Maybe even literally. This appears to the crime of sedition, the act of conspiring
to incite rebellion against the authority of our government. If it could be proved that a foreign government had been involved in the
conspiracy, the crimes involved might even rise to the level of treason. Sedition is bad enough.
At the heart of the Watergate scandal was a bungled burglary. No one got hurt. If Nixon hadn�t tried to obstruct justice, his presidency might
have survived the scandal. Watergate is about to become ancient history because it pales in comparison to what the Obama administration
just did. Innocent American citizens have had their lives destroyed in a criminal attempt to topple the Trump administration. Let�s recap how
it happened.
To the surprise of pretty much everyone except
Donald Trump, he rose to the top of the field and became the Republican nominee. Despite Bernie Sanders appearing to win most of the
primaries and having the enthusiasm of most liberals behind him, Hillary Clinton became the Democratic nominee because the fix was in before
the votes were cast. While working for the Democratic National Committee and campaign of Hillary Clinton, Marc Elias (from the law firm
Perkins-Coie) hired Fusion GPS to create opposition research now commonly known as the �Steele dossier,� a collection of memos full of
salacious unsubstantiated rumors and ridiculous claims that only a gullible maverick like Senator John McCain
would believe. Fortunately for the conspirators, McCain passed the dossier over to James Comey at the FBI, giving the Obama administration
an excuse to open a counterintelligence investigation into Trump even though they knew the �information� originated from the Clinton
campaign and was unverified.
How did they know? Bruce Ohr
told them. And how did Bruce know? His wife, Nellie, works for Fusion GPS. Meanwhile, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page,
James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and others working within the FBI and Obama�s Department of Justice conspired to exonerate Hillary Clinton of
serious crimes while charging her opponent with egregiously false, manufactured accusations of colluding with Russia.
How can this not be a plot to overthrow our government?
To make matters worse, Susan Rice, Samantha Power, James Clapper, and Sally Yates were all guilty of improperly �unmasking� innocent American citizens for nefarious
political reasons, which led to General Michael Flynn�s unfair prosecution by Mueller after FBI officials had concluded
he wasn�t lying to them during their unfair interview.
How can this happen?
Where does the buck stop?
Although President Obama frequently claimed he never knew about anything until after he�d seen it in the news, he might not be able
get away with pleading ignorance this time. According to texts sent between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, President Obama wanted to know everything they were doing.
In contrast, Nixon didn�t find out about the Watergate break-in until after it had already happened.
Barack Obama has a big problem. He�s apparently involved in this effort to overturn the results of a presidential election up to those
oversized ears of his. Somebody will probably start singing to get a reduced sentence pretty soon, and if they can corroborate their
testimony with evidence, Obama can stop worrying about his legacy and start worrying about his imminent future. The penalty for
sedition calls for up to twenty years in prison, and it is unlikely that President Trump would consider a pardon of Obama under the
circumstances, because he was the target of this conspiracy. Dan Bongino calls it
�Spygate�,
but some people confuse that with a different scandal involving the
New England Patriots and New York Jets.
Perhaps we should call this ugly blemish on American history �Obamagate?�
No matter what we eventually label this ugly episode in our nation�s history, the odds are strong that the word �gate� will be appended
to the end of the phrase.
Will there be a patriot in the Democratic Party with the courage to paraphrase the same question Howard Baker posed about Watergate
in 1972: �What did the President know, and when did he know it?�

Unless all weak-minded, ignorant, sociopathic government elected and hired officials are removed from government, then the federal government, the Constitution,
and the USA will be destroyed. How can voters elect these completely self-interested, destructive of America people?
Lastly, and most importantly, unless ONLY educated, self-reliant, English-speaking, immigrants who must become a citizen within three years after entry are

(instead of the Feds spending it), the monies could have been invested very conservatively
to receive a modest 5-8% annual return on investment and the SS "Trust" Fund would
be solvent even with retiring baby-boomers. Another mismanagement failure is SS Disability
which has been defrauded by mendacious citizen malingerers especially from 2000 to 2016.

Joseph Story (1779�1845) was born during the American Revolution, and came of age in the early years of the new United States of America. He was a scholar of the U.S. Constitution, and, eventually helped found the Harvard Law School.
In 1811, Story was appointed to the Supreme Court by President James Madison — who knew a few things about the U.S. Constitution, in that he helped write it. Story was a contemporary of another famous member of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Marshall (1755�1835).

[Editor's Note: a Constitutional Convention is required to reverse the damage to freedom and liberty since 1900. This Article V was ratified by the participants at America's founding Constitutional Convention as an alternate path for repairing damage to freedom and liberty, a path for the People to restore damage caused by our failed representatives in the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of a government designed to represent the wishes of We the People.
The States must "demand" a Convention and explicitly specify an agenda of:
laws to be repealed or modified,
Amendments to existing constitutional clauses that define the co-equal branches to further specify and define, and
new Amendments or statutes to be eventually ratified by States.
These Amendments should further specify and clarify the powers of the Legislature and Executive Branches. A good example is the definition of a "Bill".
A Bill should contain ONLY verbiage in regards to the topic of the future law. NO earmarks and NO unrelated sections or attacments.
Many past Bills sent to a president for signature contained unrelated but essential funding sections that rendered the Bill veto-proof when it warranted a veto.
CON-gress can override a veto if the Bill is deemed absolutely necessary by CON-gress.
If the Bill requires SPECIFICALLY related amendments, the CON-gress can "debate" (with its usual theater) and vote any new amendments.
The original text of the Constitution contains some very GENERAL clauses enabling both CON-gress and Executive branches to write laws and
regulations with their particular nuances expanding powers beyond intent. "Intent" may be gleaned from a complete understanding of
Federalist Papers.
An example of further specification and clarity for CON-gress should be a clear, very specific definition of the boundaries for the interstate Commerce Clause.
To restore freedom, liberty, and individuality - minimally these must be repealed:
Currently, even with computer-searching systems, the list of antiquated and/or obsolete statutes (and related regulations) is unwieldy.
These statutes must be invalidated unless there remains an applicable reason for retaining the law(s).
Aside from invalidating statutes, there are many regulations that are biased in favor of large enterprises (who buy support from bureaucrats)
at the expense of the competition, effectively repressing the Free Market. Any regulations not related to public safety that gives a financial advantage
to some companies over their smaller rivals must be rescinded to enable all companies with good consumer products to excel without burdensome regulations.
Additionally, the Convention should adopt for ratification at least these new Amendments or statute modifications:
clearly define and limit the role of government in regards to the term "general welfare",
Term Limits for CON-gress (12 years) including a 6 month limit on time residing in DC,
strict Prohibition of Lobbying (with a comprehensive definition of "lobbying"), and
a Balanced Budget Amendment to stop wreckless spending. During a CON-gressionally declared "war" (only after USA is attacked or attack is proven "imminent"),
deficit spending is permissible.
Restore America to its roots, i.e. Defense, State, Treasury, and Justice. Some Agencies are required like CIA and NSA, both respectively focused on defense against real foreign aggressors and not fictitious paranoid delusions of war mongers. Other agencies help where certain interstate communications are necessary. Most agencies like Agriculture, Education, DEA, IRS (eliminated with 16th Amendment) and many other listed here should be eliminated.
Restore the world Gold Standard with five contentious steps, and
Replace the IMF, World Bank, and Export-Import Bank with facilities that reflect the new Gold Standard, and
After decentralizing and economizing, if tax revenue is needed to fund all or part of the federal government, then implement the Fair Tax.
Regarding a Constitutional Convention itself, some of the available literature warns the reader about a possible "unstructured" and "mismanaged"
Convention that might propose and adopt amendments that could damage the Republic.
Possible, however, it is difficult to envisage how much more damage could done over what the L-E-J Cabal has already done.
If the Convention's agenda and rules of order strictly prohibit violation of the rules and enable a vote on unlisted Amendments AFTER all others are adopted,
then the Convention will be properly structured and managed. ]

Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.

States have ratified many new amendments to the Constitution, some that increase their power over us citizens. CONgress can propose amendments, and the
alternative method to CONgressional proposals can come from States via
Article V. When "We the People" — meaning
a very large majority — are opposed to Acts of CONgress like the INCOME TAX or ENDLESS WARS or the FEDERAL RESERVE, Acts that restrict and regulate our
LIBERTY, Acts that are a waste of money, Acts that have caused unrecoverable indebtedness, then through local representaatives of our States WE can propose
Amendments to be ratified by States just like CONgress.

given by States to the feds remain with the States by Article X. The feds have through deceit, distortion, and falsification rearranged the entire contractual agreement
between States and the federal government. The feds have become a very powerful, all consuming force in American government. The time has come for States to rein in the federal government,
to take power back, to limit the federal government's power, and to add some detailed restriction to the definition of CONgress, the Executive, and the Judiciary.
In 1787 a central government was (is) necessary only to provide for the common defense and ensure equality
under the law for all Citizens, to provide a final arbiter for the resolution of unsolvable problems among States and People. Most laws and regulations that the federal
government has wreaked on the States and the People are unconstitutional. States are independent, sovereign countries who realized the need for a limited and defined
central government to prevent wasteful duplication of effort. The federal government, in 2017, is OUT OF CONTROL, infringing and interfering with State sovereignty and their

by the federal government with an Aricle V Convention of States to not only reverse past federal government "power grabs" but prevent future federal government
violations of their Constitutionally-defined boundaries.
A new, well-organized group of volunteers in all 50 states have gathered to restore America to
its roots by limiting all 3 branches of the federal government with a
Convention of States (CoS) organization (alternate site,
CoS Action). This is a Convention of States to AMEND the Constitution — NOT rewrite it!
Recently, CoS held an Article V, Convention
simulation with appointed volunteers from all 50 States. The simulated Convention demonstrated how a well-organized CoS can vote for proposed amendments
to the Consitution that are popular enough to be ratified by the necessary 3/4ths of States (38). Obviously, only proposed Amendments that are likely to pass
both Houses of the legislatures of thirty-eight (38) States, that is, the required 3/4ths of States to ratify an Amendment to the Constitution should be proposed.

The purpose in a Convention of States, simulated or real, is to PROPOSE AMENDMENTS that give power back to the People. The proposed amendments must reflect the
thinking, objectives — the goals of people of States — who want to restore our Constitutional Republic to one that represents the people.

A real CoS, requires that 2/3rds of States (34) send an "application" to CONgress requesting that
CONgress schedule a CoS. State Legislatures are composed of an Assembly and Senate. Each "house" must pass a bill separately and send the resolution to their
Governor. Then the State sends an "application" to the CONgress. When the federal CONgress receives applications from 34 States, the CONgress is required to set a date for
the Convention of States. CONgress is NOT involved otherwise. The States have the Convention, propose amendments, and dispatch the precisely worded amendments to
their respectives assemblies and senates for ratification. CONgress only schedules the Convention.
