Despite many impediments and barriers caused mostly by crazy, Headbanger Democrats,
President Trump has done an outstanding job so far! The President's second term will ensure that ALL future
Im(e)migrants will respect our laws, desire citizenship, and assimilate like many past emigrants. Below, is a
bulletized list of a possible 2020-2024 Agenda:
Get a conservative majority back in the House, expand the majority in the Senate, get yourself reelected. A
conservative doesn't sit on his butt when America needs to defend itself against an INVASION of Illegal Aliens who will be groomed by Democrats
(Socialists) to illegally vote for Democrats. Many Republicans in the House and Senate are not helping to solve this problem — human trafickking,
sex slavery, drugs including Fentanyl (100 times stronger than morphine), and the SCUM that brings drugs into America — Illegal Aliens.
Build a complete,
impenetrable southern border WALL. A WALL will stop 95% of the illegal traffic which will enable Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to focus its
efforts on ports-of-entry to scan vehicles and interdict drugs and human slaves coming in and out of the USA. Even with a WALL, sensors and drones
are necessary to monitor the WALL and catch those more intelligent psychopaths who devise a method of entering over or through the WALL.
Revise immigration laws
by eliminating Chain Migration, Visa Lottery, Catch & Release, bogus claims of Entrepreneurship, and phony Asylum requests.
Illegal Entry into the USA is an automatic deportation offense. Two or more illegal entries is a felony. All 'emigrants' who want
eventual citizenship must speak functional English. No entry into the USA unless a Visitor has a
Visa
obtained at a U.S. Embassy/Consolate or
online (Form DS-160).
"Birthright Citizenship"(also)
is the right of a newly born child to become an automatic citizen of the USA if and only if at least one of the child's parents is a bona fide, verifiable
citizen of the USA. Current residence of parents is not a factor. No newly born child will be an automatic citizen if the child's parents are foreigners,
i.e., non-citizens or Illegal Aliens having entered the USA illegally. Birth on American soil is NOT a factor, citizenship of parents is the determining factor.
Citizenship granted to children born in the USA of Illegal Aliens
will be revoked and such children will be advised of the legal method to enter the USA and deported. The 14th Amendment was ratified by 3/4 of States
only to assure all citizens that all slaves freed after the Civil War are bonified citizens of the USA. "Anchor Babies" are not citizens just because they were
born on American soil after gaining entry illegally or legally.
ABSOLUTELY NO
'AMNESTY' or PATH to CITIZENSHIP in ANY FORM for ILLEGAL ALIENS or the 26 MILLION ALREADY HERE!!! Those Illegals classified as 'DACA'
should be transported back to their home country and instructed to file for a temprorary Visa or search for an employment sponsor to become a Legal Alien
(Green Card).
DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS!!! Many thousands of foreigners apply for
Visas in their own country, come to America and get sponsored for permanent residency
(Green Card),
study America history for the Naturalization Test, and become citizens the legal way. Why should ANY Illegal Alien — regardless
of how they got here — be given AMNESTY or a PATH to CITIZENSHIP ahead of the many 1000s who do it legally? The answer is
almost obvious. Illegals want freebies from States and the Feds. Democrats (Socialists) are most willing to GIVE freebies if you vote for them. The Socialists
want to transform America into an Administrative State, run by bureaucrats. If non-citizen Illegals vote for Socialists ILLEGALLY, then We the People
of the USA will lose our freedom.
Require all permanent Legal Aliens
(Green Card)
to become citizens within five years or be deported. This requires functional English speaking, reading, and writing. Legal Aliens must assimilate
and become financially self-reliant. All other countries throughout the world require similar behaviors of their emigrants.
Require able-bodied citizens to work for
welfare/food stamps while learning new skills. Combine ALL welfare programs into one. No financial assistance of any kind to Illegal Aliens or
non-citizens here on Visa. See
Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA), the benefits of which should be restricted further for immigrants based on forensic
analysis of fraudulent identification information, i.e., are benefits provided to authentic relatives? Of course, Chain Migration would be repealed with the proposed reform in
item 3 above along with items 4-5. The
Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA or IIRAIRA). IIRIRA, nicknamed "The Mexican Exclusionary Act of 1996" has largely gone unenforced.
Again, an impenetrable wall (see item 2 above) would free 90% of ICE and CBP personnell to the tasks of enforcing deportation and preventing illegal entry at
ports-of-entry. Immigration officials will no longer need to lie or exaggerate to congressional oversight committees about failed deportation efforts.
Decrease the budgets of non-military agencies by 5% per annum for the next 6 years. These agencies are
already over-funded. During the shutdown caused by Nancy and Chuckie, a senior government official commented anonymously to
The Daily Caller. The article discusses
many problems with over-staffed agencies, the employees of which attempt to sabotage President Trump's policies on a daily basis. Referring to emplyee
performance, the anonymous Official said that "... 80 percent feel no pressure to produce results ..." referring to federal employees. The "process" is designed
to generate the need for new employees who perform counterproductive jobs to increase the complexity of everyone's job thereby wasting everyone's time. The
federal government is the most wasteful organization in the world because of this managerial disaster! At least 50% of federal employees are UNNECESSARY!
"The percentage of private sector workers in unions has been declining since the 1950s, both because unionized businesses have been failing and because workers in new businesses don't choose to unionize. Basically, private sector unions have been driving themselves out of business for sixty years."
Editor's Note: Work conditions on the job during the industrial revolution in the late 1800s may have necessitated unions to demand both safety, medical care for injuries, pensions, and higher pay, but, today, 95% of U.S. interstate companies provide all of
these benefits and more.
"Government employee unions are a totally different animal. Government employee unions use politics as the central plank of their business plans --- unlike private sector unions, which have far less need for politics to maintain their bottom line."
"Then, these unions keep our government inefficient by preventing it from reorganizing, streamlining, and privatizing government services, because more efficient government would mean less union dues revenue. There will be a tipping point when our government gets so big that the last remaining taxpayers in America will no longer be able to support the enormous cost of running our government. Social Security (SS) monies flow into the Feds via paycheck withholding. The Feds buy
US Treasuries and the Bond purchase money is deposited into the treasury. Benefit money
must therefore be paid out of the Treasury. If there had been a SS brokerage account
(instead of the Feds spending it), the monies could have been invested very conservatively
to receive a modest 5-8% annual return on investment and the SS "Trust" Fund would
be solvent even with retiring baby-boomers. Another mismanagement failure is SS Disability
which has been defrauded by mendacious citizen malingerers especially from 2000 to 2016.
Order the
U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to demand that States establish a test for valid citizenship of
each already registered voter and voters who wish to register. The same Executive Order should demand that EAC
inspect each State's current registered voter list to remove deceased voters or voters who no longer reside in State as well as improperly
registered Illegal or Legal Aliens via 'motor voter' or other means. Require either a voter ID by Driver License with a
bona fide citizen indicator or a Voter ID if the person has no Driver License. Citizenship proof requires a certificate of
birth to a verifiable citizen parent, or, if not available, certified and notarized information that confirms birth to a verifiable
citizen parent. Modify systems to reject non-registered or non-citizen votes. States like California or New York may
require federal enforcement since these States claim to be sanctuaries for Illegals.
Just as America has a
National Criminal Information Center (NCIC) and Driver License Reciprocity across all States,
there could be a National Voter Citizenship Verification (NVCV) whereby a registerd voter database could be maintained by
each State with links to a central database maintained by the Feds. Birth documents could be stored as 'objects' on State
databases for each registed voter. Only duly authorized State and Federal employees can access this data. The database
itself would be private, and public proxy servers would satisfy government employee requests for info from the database.
All accesses would be recorded with image of requesting employee, date/time, and key of data.
Since citizenship is required to register to vote, then it is appropriate to have a NVCV to verify registration and
remove illicitly registered voters. Since the interstate reciprocity system already exists, additional functionality could be designed
and added to already existing systems throughout the States. It would be just another Menu named "Citizenship" with
appropriate submenu items to select. Currently, if a Driver has an unpaid or unadjudicated violation in another State, any State can refer the
Driver to the State claiming the violation. Expired Driver Licenses could indicate that the Driver moved or died. The Citizen Menu might contain
verification selections, contact data, voter registration data, etc. The new functionality would handle Voter IDs for citizens that have no Driver
License. The system could link to other systems for different information.
The USA cannot be the 'Protection' or 'Welfare' agency to the world. America cannot accept every 'stray dog' from
failed countries that refuse to care for their citizens.
Cut corporate taxes even more so American companies can compete worldwide. Make cuts permanent.
Put all 2016 treasonable criminals in prison or execute for Treason.
Redesign government systems to prevent hacking. It is possible with non-publicly addressable, encrypted
document/object servers that satisfy duly authenticated client workstation requests for information. Also, prevent clandestined
document copying by unauthorized government personnel who get paid by Media (CNN) for information leaks. Unauthorized
personnel who attempt to acquire documents for leaking purposes could be identified with cameras embedded in client
workstations. All document retrieval could store an image object of the person retrieving a document with document key & date/time
info. Senior Staff employees, et. al., should never have stand-alone documents on workstations/laptops for document viewing. This
means that ALL document viewing/editing should be done on temporary versions of the document stored in the given
workstation/laptop's memory and automatically removed from the workstation/laptop upon exit from the document. The User can
specify whether editing is complete or not. The temporary version would become permanent when User finalizes edits.
It has been well publicized that the federal government still uses obsolete, 1985 technologies such as 5.25 inch floppy disks.
Shouldn't the Feds evolve at least into the latter part of the 20th century and retrain or transfer the dinosaurs? Today's technology
can very significantly increase productivity and be used for much more than viewing porn but then most government jobs are just
another type of welfare. AI systems will eventually do all of the grunt work without people in both government and companies worldwide.
Make 'win-win' bilateral trade deals with Japan, U.K., Italy, China, Germany, et. al., such that trade is balanced
between countries.
De-nuclearize North Korea without demanding they become defenseless. If possible, facilitate the reunion
of the Koreas.
No fed money for infrastructure without individual, detailed plans from each State, then require 65-35 split.
Either eliminate or reorg the Dept of Education and create a giant program for non-public education, fire all
teachers who proselytize the benefits of Socialism over Capitalism in the classroom. Essentially, Socialism is a
system of Collectivism that enables people to abandon personal responsibility and individuality. One depends
on government instead of oneself.
If achieved, the above list would go a long way toward transforming America to the ideals of the Founders.
