We have physical boundaries that define the USA or we don't. If hordes of Saudis crossed Iran's borders illegally, Iran (or any other country) would view that as an act of war. The current massive invasion of people from all over the world crossing our border is essentially war. This massive invasion weakens America in virtually every metric one could measure. USICE, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the enforcer of America's ineffectual and incompetently written immigration laws designed to permit immigration failure and uncontrolled entry across America's borders. Immigration law defines "Alien" and those acts that are illegal in regards to Aliens. ICE focuses on immigration enforcement, preventing terrorism and combating the illegal movement of people and goods. Of course! Finish a COMPLETE WALL! A complete wall will force 98% of migrants to attempt entry at ports of entry. CBP can focus 90% of its efforts on checking vehicles and on foot migrants for drugs, checking for human trafficking, identifying criminals and past illegal aliens. The other 10% of CBP responsibility will be to monitor the wall with drones to determine illegal entry anywhere else. The WALL is only the beginning. With a Conservative Republlican House majority, a Conservative Republlican Senate majority, and a Conservative President Trump in 2021, Immigration Laws can be rewritten to eliminate Chain Migration, Visa Lottery, Catch & Release, bogus claims of Entrepreneurship, and phony Asylum requests.
