Obama currently actuates and has actuated (during his 8 yr presidency) a civilian 'army' of insurgents throughout the federal government consisting of appointees and employees. Then and today, these insurgents seditiously incite resistance to lawful authority throughout today's federal government. How else can the insurgency against the Trump Administration be explained. Can anyone posit an historical U.S. presidential administration that has been attacked as much as President Trump's beginning even before he was nominated or elected? How can anyone explain this phenomenon? During the shutdown caused by Nancy and Chuckie [~12/2018 to 01/2019], a senior government official commented anonymously to The Daily Caller (https://dailycaller.com/2019/01/14/smoke-out-resistance/). The article discusses many problems with over-staffed agencies, the employees of which attempt to sabotage President Trump's policies on a daily basis. Referring to emplyee performance, the anonymous Official said that "... 80 percent feel no pressure to produce results ..." referring to federal employees. The "process" is designed to generate the need for new employees who perform counterproductive jobs to increase the complexity of everyone's job thereby wasting everyone's time. The federal government is the most wasteful organization in the world because of this managerial disaster! At least 50% of federal employees are UNNECESSARY!

The power of employee unions must be diminished and controled. The government must be able to terminate non-performing or criminal employees after the accumulation of irrefutable data that proves the reasons for termination without employee appeal.
Those government agencies deemed important enough to keep and with duplicate or similar missions should be combined and downsized. Wasteful, unnecessary agencies created in another era and deemed ineffective or a boondoggle designed to create "make work" jobs should be eliminated.
All agency employees must change their attitudes from a depressed, cynical, sadistic, spiteful group of people to an optimistic or, if not, a skeptical pessimisitic attitude which motivates personnel to understand and achieve their goals with the greatest speed and efficiency. Attitudes can also change if the latest technological equipment and training for responsible use were available at all times.

Usually the 1st four years of an administration are a learning situation with new appointees who don't want to 'rock the boat' too much so they can get reelected for a second term. If they promise and don't deliver, or if the administration is incompetent (and the People remember), then they will lose the 2nd term election. I challenge anyone to list and compare the achievements of any past president against President Trump's 1st three years. The greatest achievements are tax cuts and the recission of onerous regulations to enable corporations to compete domestically and worldwide. This was followed by replacing NAFTA with USMCA and Phase I of the China trade deal. These two trade deals will revolutionize and massively expand the USA economy.

There is no question. Everyone who wants a job can get a job rather than be on Welfare/Food Stamps. The markets represented by DJIA, S & P 500, and NASDAQ have strongly reflected the above productive changes made by President Trump's administration. If a given Democrat is non-combative and non-violent, he/she can be released with the proviso that prescribed psychotropic drugs are taken regularly.

I believe that is what all presidents should have done and should do today and in the future. The past is replete with unfullfiled promises that left the American public cynical about government responsiveness. Too much money was spent on wars and welfare/food stamps. Too much money was wasted on bogus projects. If American military forces defend any country except the USA, we shoulld be reimbursed for all expenses after presenting a detailed invoice for our services. Our forces (not private military) are better than mercenaries. Other countries who can't or won't defend themselves shouldn't expect America to defend them. Terrorists aren't citizens of a given country, so America can only attack the given terrorist group. These fools are like gangs on American streets, but on a larger scale. If you put a gang leader in prison (and keep him there), then the gang is weakened or dissolved. Since terrorists are much more violent and threaten whole populations, then you have to kill the leaders of the terrorist groups to weaken the threat, and each new leader must be killed as the terrorist group revives. So far, keep it up. The infrastructure improvements are a good idea (2nd term), if implementation gets results instead of graft and corruption. In 2021 with a supportive CONgress, President Trump's infrastructure team should require detailed project plans from States that propose infrastructure rebuilds and/or expansion including estimated cost, realistic analyses of cost, proposed construction companies, and estimated future milestone dates for U.S. inspection/payment. Federal government should pay only 60% with phase monitoring and milestone payments.

Don't reduce tariffs on China's imports until an agreeable enforcement procedure is in-force. China with billions of workers can overwhelm our ports with imports immediately after tariffs are reduced.

Reduce bans on Huawei and ZTE only after Electronics Engineers prove that their networks and phones are not engaged in espionage. Further, the bans might never be lifted since we don't want unfair trade to takeover our information industry.

In 2021:
    • Completely fund and build the WALL with cameras, sensors, and small armed drones (caliber .223 REM).
    • Completely rewrite Immigration law to eliminate Chain Migration, Visa Lottery, Catch & Release, bogus claims of Entrepreneurship, and phony Asylum requests. 
    • Illegal Entry into the USA is an automatic felony deportation offense. Two+ illegal entries is a felony imprisonment offense. 
    • All legal 'emigrants' who want eventual citizenship must speak functional English. 
    • No entry into the USA unless a Visitor has a Visa obtained at a U.S. Embassy/Consolate or online (Form DS-160). 
    • Birthright Citizensbip must be redefined as based on the citizenship of the parents and not on American soil. A newborn child is automatically a citizen if and only if at least one parent is already a citizen at the time of birth.

    • Replace OPM, MSPB, and FLRA with one agency subordinate to the General Services Administration (GSA) that uses the latest legal infrastructure and personnel to evaluate all government employee termination situations working closely with GSA.
    • Prohibit all government employees' union activity on government property and prohibit employee union meetings during work hours. 
    • FIRE ALL UNPRODUCTIVE EMPLOYEES. Screen all intelligence agency employees and remove all seditious operatives.
    • Rescind funding of sanctuary cities/states, defund all colleges and universities that prevent free speech or discriminate against conservatives.
