Democrats (Socialists) have borrowed rules from the old Soviet Union — accuse the man, search for evidence of a crime, subpoena unaligned, hostile witnesses who testify the opposite facts for the "show trial" without even the vaguest standing, and blather bogus trash to a Media that hasn't the foggiest idea of the meaning of truth. The current Socialist playbook is to cast aspersions on our great President Trump, to keep the possibility of some crime and doubt on the false media TV screens until November, 2020. Uninformed voters who are ignorant enough to believe rumors instead of researching facts, or voters who are angry, hateful, and green with envy of successful, wealthy people like President Trump may believe Commissar Strangeschiff's "Show Trial" and suspect enough guilt to vote for Socialists and America's destruction.

In the coming days before 11/2020, look for Democrats in general and the Squad in particular to begin kissing up to voters. The Squad has been playing nice to their constituents so they can get reelected. DO NOT FORGET THE TRAVESTY OF THE LAST 5 YEARS, the absurd, grotesque, massive misrepresentation of events perpetrated by Democrat criminals that have transpired since 2015 and candidate Trump's announcement to seek the presidency. The bogus Russia Hoax, the Climate Change Hoax (see AOC's Climate Hoax), and, now, the Impeachment Hoax led by Commissar Strangeschiff who twists the actual crime in Ukraine committed by the Biden(s) onto President Trump.

All "Representatives" must be reelected every two years (or not). Commissar Strangeschiff represents California's 28th District which contains West Hollywood to the eastern border of Pasadena, and from Echo Park to the Angeles National Forest. This area is populated by "comrades" who haven't the remotest idea of the concept of "right and wrong". The best recommendation is to call the Commissar at (202) 225-4176 and tell him to resign and commit suicide by eating a bullet from a pistol in his mouth. The crazy, "headbanger" Speaker of the House, Commissar Pelosi will dream up a new hoax to dump on citizens even though she should focus on cleaning up the Frisco dump. The greater 'Frisco area may develop a pandemic of typhoid fever or 'Frisco might become California's new Leper Colony.

While U.S. politics have always been confrontational and controversial, most vying candidates searched for factual information — opposition research — regarding the character of their opponent(s) to publicly use this information against them. If the uncovered information could not be corroborated, then a decent, honorable, and ethical cadidate would not use the uncorroborated data.

Today, WE see people on news channels just lie about opposition candidates. WE saw the DNC, the FBI, and the Democrat's candidate (Hillary) paying big bucks through a law firm (Perkins Coie) to retain a sleazy strategic research company (Fusion GPS) to hire a former MI6 intelligence agent (Christopher Steele) who wrote a 'dossier' which was a wholly uncorroborated fictional composition containing disgusting lies.

Whatever one may think about the above cartoons, the characterizations of the "Squad" are factual. The characterizations, accusations, and phony claims that Democrats (Socialists) shriek and scream at President Trump should demonstrate to any reasonable person that the radical Democrat faction of today's open Socialist party is attempting to destroy America.

Mainstream Media (ABC, BLOOMBERG, CBS, CNN, CNBC, Facebook, FOX, FOXBUSINESS, Google, MSNBC, NPR, PBS, Twitter, and various other Internet sites) have always used innuendo to plant their opposition ideas in viewers' brains. Today, however, at least one news company (MSNBC) just lies. So, what is going on?

Back in Hillary's college days, she invited Saul Alinsky to give a speech to students. Saul is formally known as a Community Organizer (like Barack). He wrote a handbook for Community Organizers entitled "Rules for Radicals" that explained to the "Have-Nots" how to demand reparations (for any grievance) from the "Haves". These Rules are very, completely on point for the actions of Democrats (Socialists) today. It is not possible to have a civil, factual, truthful political campaign that presents platforms and solutions today without some shrill attack from Socialists. Today, political opponents are mortal ENEMIES to be taken down anyway short of murder (tell that to Seth Rich). Socialists still mourn Hillary's very painful loss in 2016. Barack, Hillary, and Bill are working very treacherously in the background to destroy everything President Trump has and is accomplishing in only 2 1/2 years. George Soros and the Catholic Church funded the Central American hordes that have overrun the Southern border. George Soros and other revolutionaries fund all militaristic, revolutionary, Socialist and Communist opposition to Capitalism and Freedom throughout the world.

The only solution to this radical, explosive environment is to mute all shrill, emotional, whining Socialists followed by a search for facts and calm, cerebal discourse with conversations and rhetoric that focus on real motivational problem solving. Tune out the lies, stop exposing yourself to unworkable, radical failures. Work for yourself and a FREE COUNTRY. Fight against those who want to make America into another Venezuela. If you think of yourself as a Have-Not, then you have already failed, you have destined yourself to the gutter where Socialists live. Dream and work hard to make your dreams a reality.

I recommend two (2) movies for interested viewers. If Democrat voters (or any voter) want to understand what is wrong with their party, I recommend a documentary movie that contains a completely corroborated history of the Democrat Party. The documentary's title is: Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party. The documentary was produced by Dinesh D'Souza who was 'railroaded' by the Obama Administration into a kangaroo court controlled by a corrupt judge and sentenced to prison for producing another documentary, 2016: Obama's America. All FACTS presented in these documentaries are the historical evidence of the failure of the Democrat Party although the Democrats have many allies that support these Communist/Socialist attempts to destroy America, and no group of FAKE NEWS companies can deny the FACTS.

While America has a Constitution that guarantees freedom of speech, it doesn't guarantee an everyday political education. If Americans believe in their freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, if Americans believe that Capitalism is the greatest creator of individual wealth the world has ever experienced (historical facts prove this assertion), then Americans should know the people and organizations who want to destroy America from within. Therefore, the best documentary available that exposes and identifies these enemies who have grown much stronger since the Russian Revolution is The Enemies Within.

After watching the video, you will clearly understand why the Muslim Brotherhood is trying to destroy America from within. Many current Representatives and Senators are affiliated with persons and organizations whose precepts, behavior, and speech are as Marxist as Vladimir Lenin without identifying themselves as Marxist. Given America’s deplorable history of slavery and segregation, all Americans should be proud that their country had the courage to elect its first black president. With invaluable assistance from a cheerleading media, a young and charismatic Barack Obama was swept into the most powerful job in the world with the enthusiastic endorsement of a sizable majority of the American electorate. More than three years after leaving office, he remains one of the most influential political figures in America. But is that plaudit warranted? These days, a look at his past suggests an exceptionally anti-American orientation, and as Obama's Democrats now swing even farther left, this history is worth a look. Presenting himself in 2008 as a political moderate who fully embraced America’s two-party constitutional democracy and its free-market capitalist economy, Obama’s ideological beliefs were never closely examined by the mainstream media. But as his presidency unfolded, serious questions began to pile up about who he really was, specifically how closely he was aligned with the oppressive theories of Marx and Lenin. Obama denied being a Bolshevik, but many objective people doubted that assertion based on the long trail of troubling circumstantial evidence. Following are parts of his past pointing to the suspicion that despite promising to be the most transparent president ever, he carefully concealed that core ideology. In his 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father, Obama described the only six months he would ever work for a profit-making company as “working for the enemy,�? adding that he felt like “a spy behind enemy lines.�? Obama also acknowledged in Dreams an affinity he had for Marxist professors, yet he has refused to release his transcripts of his years at Columbia, a university known as a hotbed of Marxist professors and student groups. Release of those records could provide important clues about his true ideological leanings. In Dreams, Obama made numerous admiring references to Frank Marshall Davis, arguably his single most influential adolescent mentor. The subject of a 600-page FBI file, Davis was a pro-Soviet, card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA. When Obama released a 2005 audio version of Dreams in anticipation of running for president, all references to Davis were quietly purged. In attempting to grind down the country he despised, Davis employed the class warfare tactics called for in The Communist Manifesto. Davis’s communist views would later be adopted by his most famous protégé, as evidenced by the class warfare strategy Obama used in his 2012 re-election campaign against Mitt Romney. When Obama moved to Chicago two years after graduating from Harvard, he developed a close, 20-year association with Rev. Jeremiah “God d--n America�? Wright. As pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church, Wright taught black liberation theology, a religious doctrine predicated on the perceived perpetual existence of an oppressor class (a predominately white society) vs. a victim class (people of color). Victim vs. oppressor ideology is classic Marxism. Obama had another important mentor from Chicago, Saul Alinsky. In his revolutionary book Rules for Radicals, the Marxist community organizer wrote, “The despair is there; it’s now up to us to rub raw the wounds of discontent and galvanize them for radical social change.�? The radical change to which he referred is the transformation of America into a single-party socialist nation. In 1995, Obama began his political career in the living room of Bill Ayers, a self-declared communist revolutionary who has worked his entire adult life toward the destruction of America’s capitalist system. To save his campaign, Obama dismissed Ayers as “just a guy who lives in my neighborhood, not someone I regularly exchange ideas with.�?

But as reported by The Wall Street Journal, an investigation showed otherwise. In 2001, a defiant Bill Ayers demonstrated his disdain for America by consenting to be photographed trampling on the U.S. Flag. Seven years later, during the 2008 presidential campaign, Obama revealed his own low regard for the Flag by refusing to wear a lapel pin bearing its image, a position he later was forced to reverse out of political necessity. In an unguarded moment while speaking with “Joe the Plumber�? on the 2008 campaign trail, Obama was recorded saying that he intended to “spread the wealth around.�? Seven years earlier, he lamented that the Supreme Court was not structured to bring about “major redistributive change.�? Wealth redistribution is the foremost command of communism. As president, Obama appointed an assortment of people with extreme-left views to key positions in his administration, including: former White House green jobs czar Van Jones, a self-avowed communist; FCC chief diversity officer Mark Lloyd, who expressed admiration for Venezuela’s communist strongman, Hugo Chavez; White House communications director Anita Dunn, who told a high school graduating class that Mao is one of her most admired philosophers; and, White House manufacturing czar Ron Bloom, who said he agrees with Mao that “political power comes largely at the barrel of a gun.�? During his eight years in office, Obama routinely exhibited contempt for America and its capitalist system. In referring to his “You didn’t build that!�? admonition directed at private sector job creators, The Wall Street Journal observed that “rarely do politicians so clearly reveal their core beliefs.�? In September 2011, Obama showed his full-throated support of the anti-capitalist Occupy Wall Street protests by announcing, “We are on their side.�? An influential group of hardened anti-capitalists known at the highest levels of the Democratic Party, OWS’s behind-the-scenes leaders have long sought the total destruction of America’s capitalist system. In a pre-rally pep talk to Occupy protestors in Chicago, OWS inspiration Bill Ayers — the same Bill Ayers in whose living room Obama launched his political career — said this: “I wake up every morning thinking that today will be the day I end capitalism.�? In March 2016, when he no longer faced re-election, and with communist officials of Castro’s murderous regime standing beside him, Obama defiantly posed in front of a six-story statue of one of communism’s most celebrated icons, Ernesto “Che�? Guevara. To those who question Obama’s true ideological beliefs, posing in front of a six-story likeness of Guevara is no different than posing in front of a massive likeness of Stalin. Eight years earlier, a Cuban flag bearing an image of Guevara was removed from Obama’s Houston campaign office, but only after it was publicly revealed. The Guevara flag doesn’t mean that Obama approves of the mass-murdering communist revolutionary, but does suggest his Houston campaign office had reason to believe he did. Finally, five days before he was first elected, Obama made a statement that attracted little attention at the time, vowing to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.�? Caught up in the euphoria of Hope and Change, many who voted for him never thought to ask themselves, Transform it into what? A long trail of compelling evidence leads to the unavoidable conclusion that his strategy from the beginning has been to carefully conceal his true ideology, while quietly working to transform America into a communist society, a total betrayal of the oath he took to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, including the hammer and sickle. In September 2018, American Thinker ran an article about another prominent Democrat who also has worked to subvert his country: John Kerry: A Traitor for the Ages by Frank Hawkins. Now retired, Mr. Hawkins is a former U.S. Army intelligence officer and an Associated Press foreign correspondent. However, after discussions with his Communist friends, Obama adopted the current Socialist method of slowly changing the minds of the electorate — namely the young, ignorant, uneducated Americans, and as many Illegal Aliens that can be imported — as the more thorough process to convert America. Many older Americans are already converted. The population of older Socialists is increasing generation after generation. Winston Churchill aptly stated that if you're not a Liberal at age 20, you have no heart; if you're not a Conservative at 40, you have no brain. It should be noted that Socialism is rampant worldwide and most emigrants that come to America were exposed to the Socialist/Communist doctrine prior to arriving in the USA. Illegal Aliens have exposure to Socialism from their country of origin, and they are destitute. Illegals, therefore, will vote for a Democrat overthrow of the American Way if given a chance to get their "deserved benefits" just like Venezuelans voted for Hugo and eventually destroyed their country. The same thing destroyed the Soviet Union. And Democrats know it. Margaret Thatcher, former Prime Minister of Great Britain said: "The trouble with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money." What she meant was to describe the effects of Socialism. Socialist programs are funded by taxing those persons who have money, i.e., "... other people's money". In their defense against government, when people with money put their money in circulation somewhere other than where it can be taxed, then the government runs out of other peope's money and the economy descends into the abyss of depression and complete failure of all services. Eventual recovery would depend on those who are willing and able to help themselves. Obama has built a civilian army consisting of committed Marxist mentors, a lot of money from contributors like George Soros as well as many ignorant youngsters all of whom constantly disrupt the current political milieu. The federal government "Swamp" or "Deep State" comprises an overwhelming majority of Democrat (Socialist) thinking employees who seditiously disrupt government business daily by using the government's own processes. Universities are infested with socialist and communist professors who propagandize and indoctrinate our young, impressionable students, transforming them into political activists and socialists. Believing in the American ideal requires each citizen to learn how to be self-sufficient, to earn a living in America, to save and become wealthy, to be indepenndent of government, and to constantly think about what one hears from their community and government at all levels. Too many young people and too many already indoctrinated older people who have attended or attend radical schools think that government should provide for them instead of each of us being a self-reliant individual who plans for the future and covers all bases. The desired goal is a small, unobtrusive government that can successfully defend America against invasion and creates an economic environment for private companies to expand and develop employment opportunities. Government should not only defend against military invasions, but, also, defend against political or economic invasions that are antithetical to the American Way. ]

A new Congress has been seated, and it brings the prospect of perhaps, maybe, potentially, in a possible way doing something about the runaway federal deficits. And in other news, several New York area bridges are for sale, which you can acquire at a bargain price.

DEBT PERSPECTIVE! Social Security (SS) monies flow into the Feds via paycheck withholding. The Feds buy US Treasuries and the Bond purchase money is deposited into the treasury. Benefit money must therefore be paid out of the Treasury. If there had been a SS brokerage account (instead of the Feds spending it), the monies could have been invested very conservatively to receive a modest 5-8% annual return on investment and the SS "Trust" Fund would be solvent even with retiring baby-boomers. Another mismanagement failure is SS Disability which has been defrauded by mendacious citizen malingerers especially from 2000 to 2016.

Joseph Story (1779–1845) was born during the American Revolution, and came of age in the early years of the new United States of America. He was a scholar of the U.S. Constitution, and, eventually helped found the Harvard Law School.

In 1811, Story was appointed to the Supreme Court by President James Madison — who knew a few things about the U.S. Constitution, in that he helped write it. Story was a contemporary of another famous member of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Marshall (1755–1835).

In 1833, Justice Story published a study titled, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States. In a discussion of the Second Amendment, Story stated:

"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."

Why Do We Need Term Limits?

John Adams said, “Without [term limits] every man in power becomes a ravenous beast of prey�?. That being said, here are some of the reasons we believe our country needs Term Limits.

1. Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
2. Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
3. Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
4. Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
5. Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.

Term limits for lawmakers: when is enough, enough?

[Editor's Note: If you want to get rich, i.e. advance from a low paying government bureaucrat job on the local or state level, THEN GET ELECTED TO THE US CONGRESS (House or Senate). Once you're elected, it's easy to steal from your campaign contributions or the Congressional budget allocated to your seat and staff. You can go on a government-funded junket with 'lavishly' paid expenses. The list of ways to steal from the government while in office is inexhaustible. There are only a few Congressmen who left Congress just wealthy instead of a multi-millionaire. Of course, there are several who arrived in Congress as multi-millionaires and don't need to steal from the government.]

CONVENTION of STATES (CoS)

The CONgress (by Article V of the Constitution) has proposed and States have ratified many new amendments to the Constitution, some that increase their power over us citizens. CONgress can propose amendments, and the alternative method to CONgressional proposals can come from States via Article V. When "We the People" — meaning a very large majority — are opposed to Acts of CONgress like the INCOME TAX or ENDLESS WARS or the FEDERAL RESERVE, Acts that restrict and regulate our LIBERTY, Acts that are a waste of money, Acts that have caused unrecoverable indebtedness, then through local representaatives of our States WE can propose Amendments to be ratified by States just like CONgress.

STATES and the PEOPLE of America are very angry at the federal goverment's violation of its constitutionally-defined boundaries. States created the federal government in 1787 with LIMITED powers defined in the Constitution. All powers not given by States to the feds remain with the States by Article X. The feds have through deceit, distortion, and falsification rearranged the entire contractual agreement between States and the federal government. The feds have become a very powerful, all consuming force in American government. The time has come for States to rein in the federal government, to take power back, to limit the federal government's power, and to add some detailed restriction to the definition of CONgress, the Executive, and the Judiciary.

In 1787 a central government was (is) necessary only to provide for the common defense and ensure equality under the law for all Citizens, to provide a final arbiter for the resolution of unsolvable problems among States and People. Most laws and regulations that the federal government has wreaked on the States and the People are unconstitutional. States are independent, sovereign countries who realized the need for a limited and defined central government to prevent wasteful duplication of effort. The federal government, in 2017, is OUT OF CONTROL, infringing and interfering with State sovereignty and their separate economies. States can prevent infringements by the federal government with an Aricle V Convention of States to not only reverse past federal government "power grabs" but prevent future federal government violations of their Constitutionally-defined boundaries.

A new, well-organized group of volunteers in all 50 states have gathered to restore America to its roots by limiting all 3 branches of the federal government with a Convention of States (CoS) organization (alternate site, CoS Action). This is a Convention of States to AMEND the Constitution — NOT rewrite it! Recently, CoS held an Article V, Convention simulation with appointed volunteers from all 50 States. The simulated Convention demonstrated how a well-organized CoS can vote for proposed amendments to the Consitution that are popular enough to be ratified by the necessary 3/4ths of States (38). Obviously, only proposed Amendments that are likely to pass both Houses of the legislatures of thirty-eight (38) States, that is, the required 3/4ths of States to ratify an Amendment to the Constitution should be proposed. See the Final Report here. The purpose in a Convention of States, simulated or real, is to PROPOSE AMENDMENTS that give power back to the People. The proposed amendments must reflect the thinking, objectives — the goals of people of States — who want to restore our Constitutional Republic to one that represents the people.

A real CoS, requires that 2/3rds of States (34) send an "application" to CONgress requesting that CONgress schedule a CoS. State Legislatures are composed of an Assembly and Senate. Each "house" must pass a bill separately and send the resolution to their Governor. Then the State sends an "application" to the CONgress. When the federal CONgress receives applications from 34 States, the CONgress is required to set a date for the Convention of States. CONgress is NOT involved otherwise. The States have the Convention, propose amendments, and dispatch the precisely worded amendments to their respectives assemblies and senates for ratification. CONgress only schedules the Convention.
