Dr. Anthony Fauci is an Immunologist and the director of National
Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984. NIAID has participated in the development of therapies and vaccines for HIV/AIDS and Ebola.
Dr. Deborah Leah Birx is an American physician and diplomat
who specializes in HIV/AIDS immunology, vaccine research, and global health. As of March 2020, Birx serves as the Coronavirus Response Coordinator for the Trump
Administration's White House Coronavirus Task Force.
Today, the Coronavirus-19 is also known as the Wuhan Institute Virus (WIV) after the virus' creators at the Institue of Virology in Wuhan, China. Dr. Fauci is a flaming Democrat,
and while this fact may not be important in the context of the Task Force, Fauci's political affiliation will be very important after all information is revealed.
Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) actually funded a study on Bat Coronavirus, which was a project that included scientists
at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Chinese lab at the center of controversy over their bat research. That study confirmed in 2018 that humans have died from coronavirus.
In the above video, Fauci warns the coming Administration (Trump) of a pandemic coming to our shores from abroad. Dr. Fauci knows about the Bat research in process in
Wuhan, China because NIH/NIAID has funded that research to the tune of $3.7 million USD. I'm sure some Americans remember the news story about a disease that
decimated China's pork industry. America was ready and able to export piglets and fully grown pigs to China to help revitalize their pork industry.
It is
reported that the MODEL touted by Fauci and Birx (mostly Birx) that predicted millions of American deaths was developed by Bill Gates' Microsoft team. Initially, this very
fallacious model resulted in the voluntary, self-quarantining of America's entire population and the shuttering of all "non-essential" business. Those wonderful grocery stores and
hospitals are essential to all humans quarantined or not. Those businesses remained open. I wonder if any analysis of virus data pertaining to the people of "essential" businesses
has shown any effect of the virus?
Also, it seems that if people remained working especially in areas with warm, sunny climates or people had used sun lamps at home that the virus would have been killed.
The time span from December 21, 2019 to March 20, 2020 was SUMMER in the Southern Hemisphere (SH). Does any government or private facility have WIV data for
SH
during this time? How about
South America? I venture to say that there was comparatively hardly any serious WIV infection and fewer deaths attributed to WIV in the Southern Hemisphere or in the
equatorial zone from the Tropic of Cancer to the Tropic of Capricorn. Also, is it possible that the effect of UV-light, heat, and humidity on the WIV was known prior to quarantining the
entire Northern Hemisphere? How many visitors to China were readmitted to the USA in December, 2019? How many visited Wuhan?
Even though hindsight is 20-20, it appears as though Sweden's policy of protecting the elderly and ill people but allowing businesses to remain open for business has resulted
in mass immunity or
"herd immunity" (also)to this manufactured Wuhan disaster. Healthy Americans should have been permitted to keep working with the social-distancing policy and
only where necessary, face-masking. The virus is OBVIOUSLY after the fact not as deadly as predicted by our super-knowledgable medical experts.
This draconian measure has caused great hardship amoung Americans. It is hoped that the American people and businesses can recover as quickly as possible to restore America
and its economy to its position of greatness.
It is improbable or even impossible to think that President Trump could have been duped, scammed by these expert con-artists into quarantining America and its financial
empire — to destroy companies and American's source of life, their livelihood. It's just not possible — too incredibly impossible that these Democrat swindlers with their
bogus data model talked President Trump into destroying America just before the 2020 election. Their are legal penalties for FRAUD in business, both public and private, but government
is full of fraudulent political fanatics, ready to do harm to their political enemies. President Trump is not a politician or a sociopath. Does the President still believe they are experts, or

“I think its time to consider the possibility… that this lockdown, as opposed to
the more moderate mitigation efforts… is a colossal public policy calamity.”
The financial extent of the calamity was quantified by
economist Scott Grannis when he observed
that “almost overnight, we have wiped out all the net job gains of the past 14 years.” He made
that comment on April 12 and the losses aren’t over yet. Grannis bluntly concluded that, “The
shutdown of the U.S. economy will prove to be the most expensive self-inflicted injury in the history
of mankind.”
The loss of liberty incurred as a result of shutdown is not as easily quantifiable, but is no less
significant.
Epidemiological “models” have provided the scientific basis for this large-scale abrogation of
personal and economic liberty. Now that the models have been shown to be grossly inaccurate,
some are demanding accountability.
“Public health experts, scientists, and government officials all warned that millions
would die
unless strict measures were put in place… So, we willingly took unprecedented steps to save the
most vulnerable among us, even at the cost of wreaking unparalleled economic damage. The
experts said it was necessary, that the coronavirus was especially deadly, and our medical systems
were in danger of being overwhelmed… Now, weeks into the pandemic, the dire outcomes foretold
by experts have failed to come to pass. The models used to justify the closure of society have been
shown to be wildly inaccurate… We need to examine why the models failed us, why their creators
have been so far off the mark, and why these projections were used to justify policies that have
resulted in unparalleled economic disruption.”
It is worth having that discussion. In retrospect, and despite their air of authority, the experts
never had enough knowledge about this virus to make reliable calculations about the future.
But the real problem with the models weren’t that they proved to be false, but rather that they were
promoted with false certitude.
“I confess that I prefer true but imperfect knowledge,” economist Friedrich Hayek once said, “to a
pretense of exact knowledge that is likely to be false.”
Hayek’s remark, given as he was accepting the Nobel Prize in 1974, was that thinking of economics
as a “science” might lead to “a pretense of knowledge,” the idea that any one person might know
enough to engineer society successfully, unmindful of unintended consequences.
“There is danger in the exuberant feeling of ever growing power which the advance
of the physical sciences has engendered and which tempts man to try, ‘dizzy with success’… to subject
not only our natural but also our human environment to the control of a human will. The recognition of
the insuperable limits to his knowledge ought indeed to teach the student of society a lesson of humility
which should guard him against becoming an accomplice in men’s fatal striving to control society--a
striving which makes him not only a tyrant over his fellows, but which may well make him the destroyer
of a civilization which no brain has designed but which has grown from the free efforts of millions of
individuals.”
These observations, made over 40 years ago, look prescient today.
How might we have acted if the models didn’t exist? Most likely, we would have chosen a more
traditional approach to fighting the pandemic: quarantine and protect the sick and vulnerable, institute
some sensible mitigation policies, and otherwise get on with life.
This is essentially the approach Sweden has chosen, and for which it has been pilloried in the
American media. Yet, Sweden’s policies are based on thinking that is quintessentially American.
In an article in the UK Spectator, Fredrik Erixon, the director of the European Centre for
International Political Economy in Brussels,
explained that,
“We worry about Covid-19 a lot. Many people work from home. Restaurants are
open, but not bustling. Keeping two metres apart at bus stops is something Swedes were pretty good
at before the crisis: we don’t need much encouragement now. We’re careful. But our approach to
fighting the pandemic starts from something more fundamental: in a liberal democracy you have to
convince and not command people into action. If you lose that principle, you will lose your soul.”
So far, the Swedish strategy of allowing some exposure to the virus in order to build immunity
among the general population while protecting high-risk groups like the elderly appears to be paying
off. The country’s
chief epidemiologist reported that “herd immunity” could be reached in the capital of
Stockholm in a matter of weeks. Moreover, Sweden has achieved this while taking
less of an economic hit than other countries in Europe.
Sweden’s approach was a mixture of epidemiology and principle. Erixon noted that the concept
of a national lockdown is “deeply illiberal -- and, until now, untested.”
He allowed that Sweden may change if facts warrant. “But,” he wrote, “the vast majority, for now,
want Sweden to keep its cool. We don’t want to remember 2020 as the time when we caused
irreparable harm to our liberties -- or lost them entirely.”

to receive a modest 5-8% annual return on investment and the SS "Trust" Fund would
be solvent even with retiring baby-boomers. Another mismanagement failure is SS Disability
which has been defrauded by mendacious citizen malingerers especially from 2000 to 2016.

[Editor's Note: a Constitutional Convention is required to reverse the damage to freedom and liberty since 1900. This Article V was ratified by the participants at America's founding Constitutional Convention as an alternate path for repairing damage to freedom and liberty, a path for the People to restore damage caused by our failed representatives in the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of a government designed to represent the wishes of We the People.
The States must "demand" a Convention and explicitly specify an agenda of:
laws to be repealed or modified,
Amendments to existing constitutional clauses that define the co-equal branches to further specify and define, and
new Amendments or statutes to be eventually ratified by States.
These Amendments should further specify and clarify the powers of the Legislature and Executive Branches. A good example is the definition of a "Bill".
A Bill should contain ONLY verbiage in regards to the topic of the future law. NO earmarks and NO unrelated sections or attacments.
Many past Bills sent to a president for signature contained unrelated but essential funding sections that rendered the Bill veto-proof when it warranted a veto.
CON-gress can override a veto if the Bill is deemed absolutely necessary by CON-gress.
If the Bill requires SPECIFICALLY related amendments, the CON-gress can "debate" (with its usual theater) and vote any new amendments.
The original text of the Constitution contains some very GENERAL clauses enabling both CON-gress and Executive branches to write laws and
regulations with their particular nuances expanding powers beyond intent. "Intent" may be gleaned from a complete understanding of
Federalist Papers.
An example of further specification and clarity for CON-gress should be a clear, very specific definition of the boundaries for the interstate Commerce Clause.
To restore freedom, liberty, and individuality - minimally these must be repealed:
Currently, even with computer-searching systems, the list of antiquated and/or obsolete statutes (and related regulations) is unwieldy.
These statutes must be invalidated unless there remains an applicable reason for retaining the law(s).
Aside from invalidating statutes, there are many regulations that are biased in favor of large enterprises (who buy support from bureaucrats)
at the expense of the competition, effectively repressing the Free Market. Any regulations not related to public safety that gives a financial advantage
to some companies over their smaller rivals must be rescinded to enable all companies with good consumer products to excel without burdensome regulations.
Additionally, the Convention should adopt for ratification at least these new Amendments or statute modifications:
clearly define and limit the role of government in regards to the term "general welfare",
Term Limits for CON-gress (12 years) including a 6 month limit on time residing in DC,
strict Prohibition of Lobbying (with a comprehensive definition of "lobbying"), and
a Balanced Budget Amendment to stop wreckless spending. During a CON-gressionally declared "war" (only after USA is attacked or attack is proven "imminent"),
deficit spending is permissible.
Restore America to its roots, i.e. Defense, State, Treasury, and Justice. Some Agencies are required like CIA and NSA, both respectively focused on defense against real foreign aggressors and not fictitious paranoid delusions of war mongers. Other agencies help where certain interstate communications are necessary. Most agencies like Agriculture, Education, DEA, IRS (eliminated with 16th Amendment) and many other listed here should be eliminated.
Restore the world Gold Standard with five contentious steps, and
Replace the IMF, World Bank, and Export-Import Bank with facilities that reflect the new Gold Standard, and
After decentralizing and economizing, if tax revenue is needed to fund all or part of the federal government, then implement the Fair Tax.
Regarding a Constitutional Convention itself, some of the available literature warns the reader about a possible "unstructured" and "mismanaged"
Convention that might propose and adopt amendments that could damage the Republic.
Possible, however, it is difficult to envisage how much more damage could done over what the L-E-J Cabal has already done.
If the Convention's agenda and rules of order strictly prohibit violation of the rules and enable a vote on unlisted Amendments AFTER all others are adopted,
then the Convention will be properly structured and managed. ]

Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.

The CONgress (by
Article V of the Constitution) has proposed and
States have ratified many new amendments to the Constitution, some that increase their power over us citizens. CONgress can propose amendments, and the
alternative method to CONgressional proposals can come from States via
Article V. When "We the People" — meaning
a very large majority — are opposed to Acts of CONgress like the INCOME TAX or ENDLESS WARS or the FEDERAL RESERVE, Acts that restrict and regulate our
LIBERTY, Acts that are a waste of money, Acts that have caused unrecoverable indebtedness, then through local representaatives of our States WE can propose
Amendments to be ratified by States just like CONgress.
STATES and the PEOPLE of America are very angry at the federal goverment's violation of its
constitutionally-defined boundaries. States created the federal government in 1787 with LIMITED powers defined in the Constitution. All powers not
given by States to the feds remain with the States by Article X. The feds have through deceit, distortion, and falsification rearranged the entire contractual agreement
between States and the federal government. The feds have become a very powerful, all consuming force in American government. The time has come for States to rein in the federal government,
to take power back, to limit the federal government's power, and to add some detailed restriction to the definition of CONgress, the Executive, and the Judiciary.
In 1787 a central government was (is) necessary only to provide for the common defense and ensure equality
under the law for all Citizens, to provide a final arbiter for the resolution of unsolvable problems among States and People. Most laws and regulations that the federal
government has wreaked on the States and the People are unconstitutional. States are independent, sovereign countries who realized the need for a limited and defined
central government to prevent wasteful duplication of effort. The federal government, in 2017, is OUT OF CONTROL, infringing and interfering with State sovereignty and their
separate economies. A problem arose in 2012 with Arizona's attempt to secure their border with Mexico. An article is
here. States can prevent infringements
by the federal government with an Aricle V Convention of States to not only reverse past federal government "power grabs" but prevent future federal government
violations of their Constitutionally-defined boundaries.
A new, well-organized group of volunteers in all 50 states have gathered to restore America to
its roots by limiting all 3 branches of the federal government with a
Convention of States (CoS) organization (alternate site,
CoS Action). This is a Convention of States to AMEND the Constitution — NOT rewrite it!
Recently, CoS held an Article V, Convention
simulation with appointed volunteers from all 50 States. The simulated Convention demonstrated how a well-organized CoS can vote for proposed amendments
to the Consitution that are popular enough to be ratified by the necessary 3/4ths of States (38). Obviously, only proposed Amendments that are likely to pass
both Houses of the legislatures of thirty-eight (38) States, that is, the required 3/4ths of States to ratify an Amendment to the Constitution should be proposed.

thinking, objectives — the goals of people of States — who want to restore our Constitutional Republic to one that represents the people.

CONgress schedule a CoS. State Legislatures are composed of an Assembly and Senate. Each "house" must pass a bill separately and send the resolution to their
Governor. Then the State sends an "application" to the CONgress. When the federal CONgress receives applications from 34 States, the CONgress is required to set a date for
the Convention of States. CONgress is NOT involved otherwise. The States have the Convention, propose amendments, and dispatch the precisely worded amendments to
their respectives assemblies and senates for ratification. CONgress only schedules the Convention.
