A NOTE IN REGARDS TO THE FRAUDULENT VIRUS COUNTING PROCEDURES — 7/19/2020 Since various tabulation procedures used by the Democrat(Socialist) medical industry to defraud the public are used to miscount the number of Wuhan Institute Virus (WIV, A.K.A. Covid-19) infections and deaths, I thought it absolutely necessary to expose these fraudulent methods that have increased the fear levels of Americans who are forced by State governments to shiver in fear at home like rats in a Skinner cage while sweating at the fearful thought of being infected with WIV and dying. The Democrat(Socialist) medical industry led by its publicist and party comrade Dr. Fauci and his Chinese friends who benefitted from Fauci's NIAID's $3.7 million donation to develop the WIV, have engineered a nationwide fraud to miscount the number of WIV infections and deaths. Suppose one has severe heart disease and this person has critically deficient circulatory problems that are ameliorated with several drugs. This person is infected by WIV and due to his poor circulatory condition dies. 90-100% of the time, if the same person had no heart condition that person would have recovered in 5 days. But, the Fauci Fraud Industry (FFI) counts this death as a WIV death and not a heart disease death. These death counts are probably ½ of the 142,229 deaths ostensibly counted to date. So, really, there have been probably only 71K deaths to date, and about ½ of those deaths were probably caused by Governor Cuomo of New York State because he forced infected elder persons to be moved from NY hospitals to unprepared and under-supplied nursing homes. Vic said in his video (=>) that government was correct telling us to stay home, however, I think Vic is wrong, and I think government was wrong. Only people 70 years old and older should remain home, especially those with immuno-deficiencies or underlying conditions. Statistics show that elder people's immune systems are not as strong as younger people. All people with immuno-deficiencies should stay home. Regular exercise is a key to strengthen one's immune system. Strong, healthy, young (<65 yrs) people should have continued working. If government policy had stated this plan, the economy would still be strong, most Americans would be able to handle their expenses, and there would have been fewer serious health complications. One person is tested either 1 time or as many as 3 times but counted as 3 separate people infected with WIV. So, therefore, the infection count is widely inflated. In all very populous States and cities, the FFI insidiously defraud the news media with their inflated counts. From the political viewpoint, every populous "red State" (Florida, Texas) and every populous "swing State" (Arizona) and every "blue State" have defrauded the public and the news media with hyper-inflated, terrifying, fear-inducing WIV infection counts and death counts. Currently the USA has 3,781,985 (inflated count) infections or 1.14% of the population (oh my god we're all gonna die!), and 1,108,518 (.335%) have recovered. So, if everyone came out of hiding in their basement (including Joey and wifey), took off their mask which doesn't work anyway, and went to work, one might get the WIV or NOT. The mask is like leaving the light on when you're 4 years old to ward off monsters in your closet or under your bed. Everyone should drop the superstitious behavior and the irrational fears! If one gets the WIV, 99.96% recover in 3-5 days. If you get the Flu, you recover (or die a massively painful death), but afterwards you will have immunity to the Flu even though FFI tries to induce annual fear about a mutating Flu virus to scare you into paying for a Flu vaccination just like FFI is doing with a future WIV vaccine now. I must reminisce about the heart-warming words of FDR ("Roosey") who said the WE have nothing to fear but fear itself. He was absolutely correct during a time when a Nazi bullet or a Japanese bullet would surely kill you! (I know, stop calling you Shirley). Everyone should begin to think like Americans at war against liars and saboteurs, against the criminal Democrat(Socialist) Party and their lackeys who wish to transform America into another USSR or NAZI Socialist nation controlled by bureaucracy and Gestapo-like or FSB-like police.

It must be said that wearing a Face Mask merely delays the inevitable. Shuttering businesses merely delays the inevitable. Forcing people to shelter at home merely delays the inevitable.

Why are these precautionary measures wrong? The Wuhan Institute Virus (WIV) will NOT be stopped and become an outbreak of the past until at least 25% of 330 million Americans (about 82.5 million people) have been infected and become symptomatic or asymptomatic. When this occurs, the WIV will be under control just like the common cold. Of course, there will be isolated incidents afterwards just like the common cold.

It is absolutely clear that young, healthy, citizens with no underlying conditions or immuno-deficiencies CANNOT die from the WIV. Usually the worst is a bad cold or flu-like symptoms and the WIV will go away in 3-5 days. If in the unlikely situation, it gets worse and you're legitimitely hurting and scared for your life, then Hydroxychloroquine can save you. Many people have no symptoms at all except a feeling of "under the weather". We should shelter the elderly (>80 years) and people with underlying conditions or immuno-deficiencies in controlled, isolated environments with all possible medical devices.

What we need is business to open up "full throttle" everywhere. Forget the masks, forget the social-distancing, forget hiding at home. No more of this cowering and cringing at home in deathly fear of the WIV! Right now, while civilized Americans cower at home in fear of WIV, the Marxist scumbags are out there NOT wearing masks and NOT social-distancing while looting, and attempting to destroy America and America's history. While civilized Americans cringe in fear, these Pelosi/Biden Marxists want to keep you at home and while you are out of the mix, take away your freedom with their revolution! Riot Control Police must terminate this insurrection immediately and arrest all violent offenders before this idiocy becomes uncontrolable. America must go back to work before the "globalists" and Marxists convert America to another 1917 revolution.

ADDENDUM, 7/9/20

While the author of the above brief statement and this addendum is not a Medical Doctor (MD) (Fauci hasn't practiced medicine since before 1984), at least one MD has claimed that there is no "herd immunity" for a Coronavirus, however, this WIV was altered using Bat DNA and RNA. This virus is no longer a Coronavirus (per se), but it retains the infectiousness of the common cold coronavirus. Humans when exposed to the common cold may or may NOT be infected and manifest cold symptoms. This happens more often with children. I submit that the WIV doesn't infect children statistically as much as adults, and the WIV does have a "herd immunity". Further, I claim that once a person has been infected by the WIV, a person will have immunity against further infections.

Also, MDs claim that because the coronavirus is a virus, it will mutate. The common cold virus has been around for decades, why hasn't it mutated? Statistically, I'll bet that most adults have had no more than 2 colds in their entire life, so, the common cold coronavirus has immunity, and, therefore, "herd immunity". I submit that the WIV has "HERD IMMUNITY" and the percentage is probably around 25%. A doctor, practicing or not, cannot prove otherwise.

Lastly, I claim that Dr. Fauci has no foundation for most of his claims, and that he is merely attempting to engender fear in the public for political purposes to prevent people from going back to work, and therefore, to keep the economy stagnant until November 3, 2020. Fauci and the Democrat(Socialist) Party know that people vote with their bank accounts. So does Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, George Soros, BLM, AntiFa, and the Communist Chinese Party.

As a final comment, Barack and Hillary managed to suppress and oppress the economy for 8 years. They cared more about apologizing to the rest of the world than the American People who mistakenly elected Obama. Of course, Barack was better at the time than Bush's payback war in Iraq followed by the Great Recession caused by the FED, the Treasury Secretary who probaby made a bundle, banks making N.I.N.J.A. [No Income, No Job or Assets) loans for houses, and investment brokerages selling "A-rated" packages of real estate NINJA loans to world.

For the first time in many, many years WE have a President that cares about his country and knows how to make the lives of its citizens better with better education (look out for the NEA) and new jobs to keep America the leading bastion of freedom and liberty.

• Trump doesn't want to make America a province of a one world government.
• He doesn't sell U.S. government capital in quid pro quo fashion to protect his incompetent children. All of Trump's are highly competent.
• He doesn't provide classified, sensitive or highly technical information to China while being bribed with payments to his children or third parties who kick-back to him.
• Trump doesn't use government or embezzle from government to get rich while in office—he's already rich from his private businesses.
• He doesn't weaken America's future by transporting and building our former manufaturing (was once American know-how and creativity) in China just so Americans can be able to buy cheaper products, and thereby destroying an entire economic segment of America. An entire class of Americans are left with fewer job possibilities.
• Manufacturing should have been moved to Right-to-Work States so unions can't destroy companies. Most companies without union workers are financially stronger and more capable of fully funding retirement pensions than unions. When workers are young, dumb, and invincible, they don't consider what life will be like when they are 65+ years old.
• Trump realizes that education in America is creating a brave new world of socialists who graduate from high school as functional illiterates or from universities as young versions of Karl Marx or Vladimir Lenin. Also, he realizes that third-world ghettos in first-world cities have ghetto schools that disenfranchise a group of Americans more likely to be driven to succeed if they had a path to success, i.e., good schools that want to teach arithmetic/math, science, and true American History to mold a functional adult at graduation instead of attending union meetings to figure out how to ripoff government and the tax payers. These teachers should send their resumes to private schools and quit Public Schools along with their unions (of Communist origin).
• Trump will prevent China's poaching of American scientists; he will prevent the transfer of theoretical and applied implementations of brand new technology to China via spies at universities or employed at companies via various State Department visas that have permitted Chinese corporate espionage and transfer of new technology. Hauwei's phone and China's 5G tech is built on stolen technology from Apple, Google, Amazon, Qualcomm, T-Mobile, Xilinx, IBM, AT&T, et al.
• Trump doesn't want America to devolve into another "Great" Britain. America doesn't conquer the world and drain resources leaving people poor. America competes with a world that we rebuilt after WW2. Foreign countries will no longer take advantage of America.

Joseph Story, Supreme Court Justice

Joseph Story (1779�1845) was born during the American Revolution, and came of age in the early years of the new United States of America. He was a scholar of the U.S. Constitution, and, eventually helped found the Harvard Law School.

In 1811, Story was appointed to the Supreme Court by President James Madison � who knew a few things about the U.S. Constitution, in that he helped write it. Story was a contemporary of another famous member of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Marshall (1755�1835).

In 1833, Justice Story published a study titled, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States. In a discussion of the Second Amendment, Story stated:

"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."

[Editor's Note: what I have dubbed the "Legislative-Executive-Judicial Cabal" which the American People have caused by ignoring the generational transition from our Constitutional Republic to what now is, in effect, an "elected" dictatorship. The FairTax is a consumption tax unilaterally applied to all Americans at the same rate. For businesses, payroll taxes would no longer exist. Our exports would include a heavy tax for overseas buyers purchasing our products, while our imports would be cheaper for us to purchase. I'm not sure how this would affect GDP, as more information is necessary.

According to the FairTax website, "Under the FairTax, every person living in the United States pays a sales tax on purchases of new goods and services, excluding necessities due to the prebate." The prebate gives every legal resident household an "advance refund" at the beginning of each month so that purchases made up to the poverty level are tax-free.

So a family of four making something like $50,000/year should not have to pay taxes, thus preventing an unfair burden on low-income families. Since the FairTax eliminates both federal and payroll taxes, you get to keep your gross pay amount of each paycheck earned.

Why Do We Need Term Limits?

John Adams said, �Without [term limits] every man in power becomes a ravenous beast of prey�. That being said, here are some of the reasons we believe our country needs Term Limits.

1. Term Limits can help break the cycle of corruption in Congress. Case studies show that the longer an individual stays in office, the more likely they are to stop serving the public and begin serving their own interests.
2. Term Limits will encourage regular citizens to run for office. Presently, there is a 94% re-election rate in the House and 83% in the Senate. Because of name recognition, and usually the advantage of money, it can be easy to stay in office. Without legitimate competition, what is the incentive for a member of Congress to serve the public? Furthermore, it is almost a lost cause for the average citizen to try to campaign against current members of Congress.
3. Term Limits will break the power special interest groups have in Congress.
4. Term Limits will force politicians to think about the impact of their legislation because they will be returning to their communities shortly to live under the laws they enacted.
5. Term Limits will bring diversity of people and fresh ideas to Congress.
