The following provides information from NRA-ILA regarding the unlawful/illegal actions against the 2nd Amendment, our Right to Keep and Bear Arms, by the fraudulently elected President Joe Biden. 1. Every time there's a horrific crime committed in America with a gun, Joe Biden calls on Congress to pass a sweeping ban of semiautomatic firearms. Do you believe a near-total ban of semiautomatic firearms will make law-abiding Americans like you more safe?

   Law-abiding citizens are a constructive part of a civil society. Law-abiding citizens fire weapons to defend/protect themselves. Criminals, especially violent criminals use weapons to kill people and rob businesses. Violent criminals can be Mass Murderers. Such violent criminals should either be in prison for life or executed legally. Somehow many Americans elected to office with George Soros' donations do not enforce the laws. The Soros goal (many like him) is to create chaos turning the foundations and history of America upside down like an invading force. The end goal of these Marxists is to foment hatred of America and cause citizens and legal/illegal aliens to demand the fantasy free ride of Communism. My suggestion is to read a World History book.
2. Joe Biden wants to impose licensing requirements on law-abiding citizens like you before you're allowed to exercise your Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Do you believe placing burdensome regulations on everyday citizens will make you more safe?

   Joe knows that 2/3 of CONgress would not vote a Resolution to Repeal the 2nd Amendment. Many members of CONgress were elected for honoring the 2nd Amendment. So, Joe wants to make it as difficult as he can for law-abiding, peaceful citizens to buy a gun, any gun. This action infringes the 2nd Amendment and all citizens will have legal standing to strike down any of Joe's successfully passed laws or any of his bogus edicts (Biden's insane and inane Executive Orders).
3. Joe Biden's Department of Justice has all but refused to prosecute thousands of violent criminals who lie on their ATF 4473 background check forms and illegally attempt to buy a gun. Do you believe the federal government should ramp up the prosecution of convicted felons who lie on their background check forms?

   Absolutely! First, however, the top level of personnel of the DOJ must be terminated and replaced with apolitical enforcers. Currently, the DOJ are just body guards for the Democrat-Socialist(Communist) Party ("DSCP"). Many of the employees of federal agencies are very politically aligned with the DSCP. After cleaning-house, the next item on the agenda is to assure the 2nd Amendment Rights of all citizens. Persons convicted of non-violent felonies should be able to buy a gun after paying for their crime. Violent felons who committed a mostly defensive violent crime should also be able to buy a gun. The very hard, violent felons should be in prison. The ONLY Constitutional solution to creeping Socialism and financial destruction is an Article V Convention of States to eliminate and/or reorganize agencies to include the termination of those employees who have not honored their oath of office. Washington will not fix itself. Politicians promise to fix and NEVER follow through! America must be restored and leaders need to forcefully and respectfully abide by their oath of office to communicate the American Way to citizens.
4. Joe Biden says crime rates will go down if the federal government rations the number of guns law-abiding Americans are allowed to purchase. Do you believe that Joe Biden's gun rationing plan will result in lower crime rates?

   Joe Biden is part of America's communist insurgency whose goal is to foment insurrection (and blame it on others) and hatred of America for an eventual revolution that will eliminate the Constitution. Those in government who disagree are threatened and insidiously tormented until they quit or agree. Also, Joe Biden's insurgency is "Globalist". America cannot become a province of a global government if citizens are armed. First, America must be disarmed and totally under control of a new dictatorship created by Marxist insurgents. This means No Constitution with the Bill of Rights (already seriously weakened over 100 years).
5. Joe Biden says he can make America safer by giving federal bureaucrats the power to dictate how you store your own gun in your own home. Do you believe Biden's mandatory storage requirement would make you and your family more safe?

   Safer for whom? Government cops or violent criminals, that's who! If a law-abiding, peaceful gun owner must lock-up his/her weapon either in a safe or an almost inaccessible place, what happens if that gun owner is attacked and must defend himself or his home? He dies from gun shot wounds because Joe wants to make people defenseless.
6. Joe Biden's leftist allies say that defunding the police and disarming honest citizens will solve the crime crisis. Do you believe implementing these policies would make law-abiding Americans more safe?

   What a really stupid policy! Of course, this is all part of the plan to foment nationwide chaos in cities and towns. Defunding police so that politicians can pay themselves a higher salary with perks is really the goal. Politicians can't embezzle and get rich on the taxpayer while in office if those pesky police are invstigating fraud, embezzlement, and money-laundering. Ask yourself how many government employees and elected politicians are accepting donations from the Mexican Cartels in furtherance of their illegal business goals.
7. Joe Biden believes requiring American citizens to register every gun they own with the federal government will somehow result in lower crime rates. Do you believe criminals will register their guns?

   This is idiosy! Government passes laws that outline penalties for breaking the laws. So, why does government release law breakers instead of prosecuting them? No other civil country would do this. 9. Joe Biden claims he can cut crime by banning every magazine in America that can hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition. Do you believe a sweeping magazine ban will make law-abiding Americans like you more safe?

   This inane policy is merely 2nd Amendment infringement. If government takes away high-capacity magazines, the rifle/pistol will become almost powerless in a defensive fire fight. A rifle without ammunition is not a weapon (vertical/horizontal buttstrokes won;t help), and this is Constitutional infringement.
10. One bill proposed in Congress would institute a 1,000% tax on the sale of semiautomatic rifles - driving the cost of a $600 rifle to an outrageous $6,600. Do you believe this would make law-abiding Americans like you more safe?
